I had a 100% positive experience with Clean Research — scheduling the appointment was a snap, I got an appointment reminder the day before, and a phone call that morning to let me know the arrival window. Jonathan showed up when he said he would and was very nice and knowledgeable. He did a thorough job and my carpets look *much* better. Again, it couldn’t have been a more positive experience. I will definitely use him again the next time I need my carpets cleaned.

I had the pleasure of working alongside Jonathan for a move-​out clean back in May. He was on-​time, friendly and professional. I was there to see the before and after and was extremely impressed. I will refer my clients to his company when they are in need of a carpet cleaning.

Horrible company! I bought a deal on Living Social and made an appointment with them for a time that was open. They canceled my appointment the next day saying they won’t be in the area. They should have called me to reschedule. They also put that they can arrive two hours before and two hours after the scheduled appointment. Who wants to wait all day to have your carpets cleaned? Bad business practices and they do not belong to the BBB. I would not recommend them to anyone. All these other reviews seem bogus using their name over and over like they are advertising a product. Very suspicious.

Jonathan couldn’t have been more professional and polite. I scheduled my cleaning through their easy-​to-​use online scheduling software but then called to ask if the date could be moved up and he accomodated me. He called before his arrival to confirm I’d be there, arrived right on time, worked very quickly, and somehow got even the ground in shoe polish out of the carpets. They look amazing! I highly recommend this company!

Want to give Clean Research a very commendable review. I bought the carpet cleaning service through a Living Social coupon for my office. The owner let me know that the company only provided cleaning service for homes. The mistake was mine-​I didn’t read the exclusions carefully. Despite that, Jonathan, the owner, refunded his portion of the coupon to me. Really appreciated his professionalism in handling this matter. I’d recommend this company highly.

Clean Research was great to work with. I found them through Living Social and they did a really thorough job. They cleaned my entire apartment at the quoted price, and did an excellent job. Several stains came up that I didn’t expect would.
Beyond doing a great job, Clean research arrived on time, was respectful and incredibly professional. I will definitely use them again next time I need my carpets cleaned.

I bought a deal through Living Social for carpet cleaning. It was $ 69 for 3 rooms — I had 2 rooms and a set of stairs to be cleaned.
Once I bought the deal it was super easy to go to the website and schedule my appointment. Jonathon called with an ETA and arrived within the time specified. He was very professional and efficient.
All 3 areas were nicely cleaned and there weren’t any unexpected up charges or hidden charges.
I will definitely call Clean Research again next time i need my carpets cleaned.
