Blackjack Pizza

First time I’ve ever had a delivery guy throw a pizza at me! My co workers and I didn’t have a coupon he needed and the teenage pizza boy threw our pizza on the ground because of it. Class act place. Will never order from again.

Pizza was good. Usually order from Cosmos and get their spicy ranch. Thought I’d try Blackjacks and see what their spicy ranch was like. Wouldn’t do again, it’s basically Tabasco sauce and ranch in equal parts. Yum. Giving three stars because I’m glad I didn’t have to cook dinner, otherwise I would give two.

The sauce is acidic and tastes old and thats why you get stomach problems. They will mess up your order 80’percent of the tome if not more so be careful. I even talked with some of the staff who work there and they told me the place is sh*t and they would never eat there even if they received the food for free while starving.
Yeah so instead of ordering here just go for dominos and papajohns as they are the same price but way better.

Good grief! I placed a large order for my company, to be delivered later in the day. The man who answered the phone was not even remotely friendly and acted as if taking the order was interrupting his… I don’t know… morning nap? He wouldn’t let me finish a sentence, hung up before I could give him a contact number for the colleague who will be accepting the delivery, etc. I am always courteous when I call a place of business and expect the same. Will not use them again for our orders, even though we have for several years. I called Domino’s for a special dietary restriction order for the same day, and they were so nice! That’s how you run a business, even in the attitude capitol of the world — Boulder

It’s not bad, I have had better but it’s decent for the price. Delivery is fast & you can easily customize on the website. The customization aspect is tremendous, which may or may not be a good thing.
The hand tossed is above average/​good.
The square deep dish was average on my first experience.

My roommate and I used to be frequent customers but our last 3 experiences in the past 2 weeks have forever ruined Blackjack. All 3 transactions were done online and the errors could have been prevented if they paid even just a little bit of attention. The first bad experience was when we ordered a pesto pizza and received a pizza with tomato sauce. We called and they sent us the correct one, but still a pain having to wait another 40 minutes since the man on the phone assured us we would not get priority and it would «still be the regular wait times». Any properly run business would place the wrong order as the top priority. Okay so after this experience about 4 days later we ordered another pesto pizza and received one with white sauce. At that point I am just confused if they are deliberately putting every sauce possible aside from pesto on our pizza. I didn’t call to fix it because I was in a hurry, instead I later wrote an email to complain. Dale, the store manager comped our order and we were able to get our incorrect order free on a later date. We then used up this order and it arrived correctly, probably since they knew they had to be extra cautious. The final time we ordered (we eat a lot of pizza) my pizza came with pesto (FINALLY) HOWEVER, it also came with chicken. I am vegetarian and could not eat this. At that point, I gave up. I emailed Dale and have not gotten a response back.
TL:DR IF YOU WANT YOUR PIZZA TO COME HOW YOU ORDERED IT, DO NOT ORDER FROM BLACKJACK. IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE IT FROM BLACKJACK.

I don’t understand all of the negative and fake (positive reviews written by users with skeleton accounts) reviews. This place is awesome! Granted, I’ve only ordered delivery via Hungry Buffs but I’m happy with the quality and the time it takes to receive my order. Its not the best pizza I have ever had but it is darn good; especially for the price. Plus, it always arrives piping hot within 45 min.

I read the reviews and it seemed good. When I went it the staff was swearing at costumes when they where on mute in front of me. The staff was throwing the pans where are pizza was cooking on, onto the floor. It took 15 min. For somebody to even ask him what I wanted when I was the only person in the place. This looks the the place where they spit in your food. The place was disgusting and I am wondering when the last health check was there. This place needs a manager or needs to be shut down.
Pizza — it was a good pizza for the price.
