Bikram Yoga On the Hill

I am sorry to have to rate this studio so poorly. I was in town visiting family and the studio’s owner talked me into buying a package when I expressed concern I might not use all the classes she said «you can always bring a friend» which meant I assumed I could use my package with a companion. Wrong! When I brought my sister she was not allowed to use a class and I left Boulder more than $ 80 in the hole. This studio does not practice the motto «the customer is always right» and hence they may have made a little more $ off of me on one short visit but I will not be back and I will not recommend them to others so in the long run they are losing a lot more than they saved on one package.
