Stefan is awesome! I had a last minute request for a home we got in contract. Stefan accommodate my client’s time frame, he was there until 10:30pm for the inspection. His attention to detail and patiently going through the home and explained what can be done for the home gave my client ease of mind. I would recommend him to all my buyers and sellers.

Stefan is very detail-​oriented, transparent and very helpful in his home inspection. He came to our home on time, provided a very detailed inspection and took the time along the way to explain to me what are the critical items and what are «nice-​to-​haves». He also provided very helpful answers as to how to fix some of the items when I asked him. When he came back for reinspection, he again was very open to the fixes we made and explained how a few items weren’t updated appropriately and how we can remedy it. I really appreciate the time he took to explain things as I felt that I learned a lot of home maintenance and repair.

Stefan Hayward is a great Home Inspector. He works hard to quickly get my Buyers and Sellers the most detailed inspection reports with good pictures that help identify potential issues and help me make sure my clients know what they are buying or what they need to get done before they sell. No one likes climbing in the attic or going under the house, but Stefan puts on a smile, tells a joke and gets the job done so my clients can understand the condition of the property in time to do something about it. He is great to explain about what he finds vs. over reacting and scaring people. Old houses have wear/​tear, but knowing what is Important or Critical vs. Just FYI really helps! Thanks Stefan!
