I recently dealt with Molly Bischoff as she was the listing agent for a property i put an offer on. The property was a Fannie Mae owned property so there was some additional addendums and corrections to a general California purchase contract. I had to resubmit paperwork over 15 times because Molly continually made mistakes on the forms, most of the time they were extremely simple areas like dates and timelines.
It took 2.5 weeks to get under contract, and that does not include any counter offers.
Clearly Molly is not a capable agent and should not be your choice to list or buy your home.
