Love this shop! The people there are so nice and very helpful and informative. Definitely will be back!

A True hidden treasure in boulder creek. Their soaps and oils which are made in house are wonderful, and they have a huge selection of statues. Parking is great and the people are friendly.

I walked in here needing a new Pentagram– my girl had fallen off. I did a little spell before hand the day before, and well kept running into this place on Unilocal and google searches.
The one that helped me, I believe it was Kathy? She was helpful, informative and very knowledgable about witchcraft, and I am always open to new ideas and works as a witch of 5+ years.
I ended up walking out with a little bit pricey bill BUT! WELL WORTH IT! I have now a Triple Goddess pentagram with a moonstone in the middle.
Other than that, they have a GREAT selection of stuff like wands, books, pendulums, etc. Cant wait to revisit them: D
I will be a frequent at this store when it comes down to it. I will always stay faithful to this place…

I love the jewlery selection. I bought this phenomonal piece that was artisan local crafted, beautiful stone work. They have a great array of spiritual books, incense, lotions, candles, all the things to bring out the inner goddess. The owner is very friendly and helpful and she has a sweet dog too. Also if you have little ones she has toys for them to play with so you can peruse at a little more leisurely pace.

This shop has wonderful energy and an extremely informative and positive staff and owner. I have been frequenting this shop for about 8 years and have never walked away disappointed. I have been bringing my daughters with me since they were in 3^rd and 4^th grade and now we cant even drive through boulder creek without one of them asking if we can stop in and say hi to and see what new soaps and goodies the owner has cooked up! Great store, great original home and local crafted products and art! I have no idea what the one bad review this shop got on Unilocal was really about but can only conclude having personal experience with the pagan community in the San Lorenzo Valley that this person must have a personal vendetta or agenda of their own that would benefit bad mouthing the staff and botique. I 100% recommend visiting for your spiritual needs or just a fun and different gift:) This place is great!

What a lovely store! I had an immediate good sense about this shop as soon as I pulled up and parked right out side. I like the light, bright and airy atmosphere and how there is so many interesting items to choose from. I was greeted with kindness and respect by Kathy the moment I stepped in! It doesn’t give off any «dark» feelings. Air and Fire shall be my go-​to place when I need candles, incense, soaps and advice.
I felt so comfortable, could speak freely and ask as many questions with out being judged. Kathy was a delight to talk to and such a tremendous help to me.
I wish others could learn from her when it comes to customer service! Her warmth and energy is very inviting.
Kudos to Kathy for all her wonderful help, friendly demeanor and insightful knowledge.
I am very impressed by how well organized this store is, the vast selection, the great customer service, decent prices and the over all good vibes that flow here.
I have told my friends who live «over the hill» to come and check this shop out to see for themselves what Air and Fire can offer them!

I really wanted to like this shop, I really did. But I didn’t.
The aura is very strange, a combination of «Airy Faery Newage» and «Trying Unsuccessfully to be Goth». The staff on any given day is either completely paranoid, (WHY DO YOU WANT A FLYER OF OUR CLASSES? YOU CAN’T HAVE ONE!) or so talkative about their personal life and tedious views on politics that you can’t get a word in edgewise — one particular person won’t even shut up as you walk out the door and follows you for a few feet! (Seriously!)
As to the items in stock, if you go to the oils section you will get a lecture about the dwindling resources of sandalwood and how you shouldn’t buy it. The «Feri/​Faery» art is so disturbing I won’t bring my kids in here. The jewelry selection is decent, but not a lot in the way everyday occult supplies the magical practitioner would need or hope for.
The soaps are nice and well-​made, but since they don’t maintain their store mailing list, nor do they update their events page ordering through the store’s website might be a bad idea too.
I view this shop as a draw for the uninitiated and the uninformed, and I hate to say so, but sadly, it’s true.

It occurred to me that I never reviewed this store. There is one thing besides the very beautiful owner that stands out about this store. The soaps. The owner makes her own soaps. She makes them in alignment with timing of the planetary alignments as well as the earths cycles and their manifestations in the redwoods around her. If you believe in magic, then her soaps might be for you. Two soaps in particular that she makes which I am certain I have experienced results with. I don’t know if its the aroma or just her energy that she puts into it (I think its her energy). The first soap is called witchy and I swear, that people are just entranced by me when I use that soap. Its like they come out of the woodwork to be mesmerized by you when you use it. I know this sounds wild but I think the witchy soap is her gift. I also love the happy soap. I save it for when I need a little joy. I have not found many other things in the store that really call to me but she answers questions with patience and she is quite bewitching. (Its only fair to say this review is might be partly biased because I was just at her birthday party despite not even knowing her all that well but I only went to her party because she is really a very sincere person who you would gladly go to a party that she invited you to.)
Oh but this part is not biased. She is very knowledgeable about crystals, planetary alignments (has even corrected me) and many things pertaining to the pagan practices. She has children so if you have children I am thinking she may be someone to talk to in regards to any witchy needs you might have in regards to child rearing.
