I would not get my glasses anywhere else. All of the staff are knowledgeable and listen to what is needed. I especially love my computer glasses which have saved me so much eye and neck strain from trying to see with my bifocals. Lots of styles.

Never have I had such great customer service! This is THE place to go for frames for a narrow face! These folks are the best of the best.

I was prescribed bifocals, and went to a «big box» optical shop to have«no-line» bifocals made. They were re-made three times and I was very frustrated. I went back to my eye doctor with the glasses and told him I had«flunked» no-line bifocals. He looked at the glasses and said, «You need to go to an optical shop where they have expertise at fitting you with a better set of lenses that will work for you.» I had no idea where to go, so he recommended Bothell’s Woodlawn Optical. There, not only did I get great service in selecting flattering frames(most shops just leave you to try things on, but when I asked for assistance I got serious assistance!), but the glasses are great. I did learn that a no-line product with a lot of visual space is more expensive than what I got at the«big box» optical shop, but hey, I can see! I since recommended Woodlawn Optical of Bothell to a friend who had THREE pairs of glasses – one for reading, one for her computer, and one for distance. She said she couldn’t wear no-line bifocals and didn’t want trifocals with lines. Well, Paul and Rae at Woodlawn Optical fixed her up with ONE pair of glasses that she uses for everything. She is very grateful.

If you want to go to someone who has a huge selection of frames, and are honest hard working business owners, then go to Woodlawn Optical. The prices are fair, and the staff is very professional!

I was referred by acquaintances to Woodlawn Optical when the bridge of my 10-year-old eyeglasses game apart. Ten years is a long time to get out of a pair of frames, but they still look great. Woodlawn agreed to try to weld them, but because the material is an alloy, wasn’t sure they could succeed. The price? $ 30 if it worked, nothing if it didn’t. They fixed it! I’m ordering a new set of frames, and these will become a backup emergency pair. But I’m so pleased to get more life out of them while I go through a few weeks of getting the frames and lenses made. Thanks!
