The front office has the most exceptional customer service in the most welcoming manner, and this is a result of the very fabulous Guin and Iwaine! They greet you with the warmth of an old friend that has invited you in their home! They are accurate with the insurance verification, lenses and contacts prescriptions correctly filled, and they are sensational with finding the right eyewear to make you look fabulous! Bothell Vision Center is a gem in the Bothell Community!

I went for a contacts fitting exam. They don’t carry Accuvue which is a major brand and didn’t give me a chance to choose from that. They try to force you into wearing the brands they carry.

Make SURE you ask, more than once, the actual cost of the exam. They did not tell me about the contact lens exam that is an additional $ 100 to $ 175 on top of the exam expense when I phoned for an appointment. I was told the copay with the insurance was $ 25. When I showed up for the appointment, I asked if that was the total cost to me, and was told that it was. I asked about the paper I just signed that stated that I would be charged an additional cost for a contact lens exam, and he said that there would be an additional charge over the $ 25 copay. It would behoove this group of folks to look up the definition of the word «total.» I left without getting the exam. I HATE being lied to.

They saved me! Did my exam and got me contacts all while I was on lunch from work!!! Doc was super awesome and so were front staff!!!

I had my annual eye exam with Dr. Lee in mid-​June 2009. Dr. Lee is very professional and patience. I had a few concerns and she was able to answer my questions professionally. I tried two sample of contact lenses for a week and ordered one pair of eye glass at the clinic. The follow up appointment was thorough and informative.
