I called Gayle to help with my Havanese puppy who was out of control. She did a home consult, which lasted 1 ½ hours. She watched us and the dog, learned how we dealt with her, and gave us some great advice. She explained the breed to me. I learned what I was doing right, wrong, and corrected my behavior Over the next year I enrolled us in two puppy training courses with Gayle. The dog is now the most obedient dog I have ever owned. Yes, part of it is that the dog has grown up, but the help that I got from Gayle changed how I was dealing with the dog. Her assistance was priceless for us. I would and will take every dog I have to her from now on.

Gayle appeared unable to control my dog during the private session, and my dog personally seemed to match quite badly with her. May be a personally clash. However, for the money I paid, the services I received was quite bad.

I am very pleased with the results after my dog and I attended the Puppy Skills class.
My dog and I both learned a lot about each other and our relationship has strengthened since we both worked hard for a common goal. He is very proud of the award he achieved and I am happy with how well-​mannered he is.
I will be attending future classes in the near future and I strongly recommend others to attend the classes taught by Gayle as she knows what she is doing and she really cares about what she does.
