I have lived here for more than 2 years now. I have not had any problems with the apartments but recently had an issue with limited parking spaces. Today, they towed my car for parking illegally in the reserved (under the roof) area. I work late until 11:30 pm and come home around midnight. There are no parking spaces around midnight and I had to park in either «future resident lots» or reserved lots. I know that It was my fault to park in the reserved area, but they should have started something like a «guest permit» system to give more free parking spaces to those who didn’t want to buy reserved parking lots. All they wanted was to force me to buy a reserved parking lot if I had trouble with finding free parking spaces in the apartments. WTF! Residents should not have any problems with finding free parking spaces at all! After all, it is all about business and money. They don’t sincerely care about people living in here.

I haven’t had any issues with the management of the complex. The few issues that I called on were handled promptly… unfortunately the issues that were going to receive attention when I moved in were never handled (but they were superficial issues anyway).
The speed bumps are quite nasty, and they don’t seem to act as a deterrent to the various individuals that like to hall ass through the parking area. Also there are daily patrols by the Bothell Police.
Finally the road noise from 405 is quite loud, but can easily be drowned out by a fan.

I have lived here for about a half year now, and I’ve had no big problems. I have only two somewhat minor complaints. The appliances are like from the late 80s or early 90s and tend to breakdown quite frequently. The second issue is sort of trivial but there is a deplorably HUGE speed pump, scratch that. «Speed Mountain» in right side entrance! I swear it’s doing some cumulative damage to my cars suspension… Good thing rents cheap here. Other than that, you can expect standard affair for an older Bothell apartment complex. They recently spent a lot of time repainting the exterior. Looks A-​OK now. The design of the units are decent enough. Again, can’t complain too much for the price. Maintenance is OK, they will respond to requests promptly. Parking doesn’t seem to be a problem here, covered spots are $ 30 a month. The office staff seem competent and friendly. Every time I have been into the leasing office they acknowledge me by name, which is a nice touch! Water, Sewer, and Trash are billed through American Utility Management (AUM). All in all, I went into a lease here with low expectations and so far I’m not disappointed!
