Savas Studios Boutique and Photography Studio

We had a photo session at Savas Studios to get shots for a new marketing company we recently started. I have had professional photos taken for business before that seemed to all be boring, «school photo» type poses that lacked personality. Stephanie at Savas was completely awesome — giving great direction and creating an ambience that allowed natural, personality filled images to be captured. Their prices were very reasonable and they are 1 stop shopping… clothes, hair and make-​up, and photo studio which provides ease of options to prepare for your shoot. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone as their collaborative approach and creative eye allow them to stand out and deliver above your expectations!

There is no better place than Savas Studios in Boston. The sisters that own the unique boutique and studio space are super friendly, fashionable and extremely helpful!
I’d recommend to anyone that they need to book a photo shoot, get their make up done and shop! The atmosphere is fun and inviting. And not too mention — super affordable!

I went to Savas Studio today for a hair and makeup trial for my wedding. I had experienced a very bad trial previously so was very skeptical about wedding hair and makeup when I first sat in the chair. I cannot say enough amazing things about these women– Christine (makeup artist) and Amanda (hair stylist). They were both insanely talented. They were so sweet and nice and they made me feel very comfortable. They listened to what I wanted– which so many people don’t do– and did exactly that, while letting me know what they thought looked great for me. My hair and makeup came out so beautifully!!! I have not even taken out my hair or wiped my makeup off yet. The prices are also very fair, especially considering how expensive crappy salons can be for the same services.
I really felt like a model and could not have been happier by the end of my appointment. I highly recommend using them for hair, makeup, photography… and I also bought the cutest pair of shorts in their boutique. Overall a wonderful experience!!! THANKS LADIES AND CANNOT WAIT FOR THE BIG DAY!!!

We went there for an engagement photoshoot and could not have made a better choice! Steph is an incredible photographer. We brought some examples that we found online and wanted to replicate. She listened to all of our requests and desires and we got an amazing set of professional shots out of it.
The studio is big and beautiful. They have many different backgrounds to choose from, including exposed brick. They also have professional light and a make-​up station.
We were most impressed with Steph’s very prompt responses to all of our e-​mails (and there were a lot!). The pricing is very transparent and is actually listed on their web-​site, which is not that common.
Overall we would DEFINITELY recommend this studio if you’d like to get a set of high-​quality professional pictures.

I decided to book a photo session here, after seeing their fantastic stuff on a performer friend’s page. Stephanie was friendly, precise, and knowledgable over email while we made arrangements.
Then I GOT INTO THE STORE and oh my all-​saints-​ed aunt, I lost any sense of my purpose. Everything (dresses, separates, accessories, mens) is just exactly what you are lusting after in magazines, online but you can’t EVER find priced at a shopoholic’s budget. Now I know exactly where I can get gifts for my sister, besties, man, manfriends. Christmas? DONE.
Wait, now I remember, the photos! My session was effortless with beauty help from Christine (best I’ve ever looked, no question). I couldn’t believe how well the pictures turned out. Fast turn around from Stephanie, excellent quality of editing, all around the perfect choice. You really shouldn’t even try anywhere else, honestly.

I worked with Stephanie from Savas. First, let me say, having a photo session done can be nerve racking, so having a photographer that puts you at ease is super important. Stephanie not only was professional, but an absolute pleasure to work with. She is both a phenomenal photographer, and a great person. I highly recommend booking with Savas Studios.

Savas Studios is run by a team of sisters, offering photo and makeup services, and feather hair extensions. They also have a boutique, with inexpensive dresses, jackets, leggings, and t-​shirts. They have some great jewelry, especially if you are looking for something with feathers! A relatively new addition to the North End, you should definitely check out Savas Studios if you are in the area.

I made an appointment with Savas Studios to have feathers placed in my hair. I was having difficulty parking and was going to be a half hour late to my appointment. The people here were awesome. I called them about 10 times to try and get ideas of where to park, after being unsuccessful with the parking I was going to reschedule. I ended up double parking and when I walked in they were all ready for me, feathers out ready to go. They did it SUPER fast– didn’t even take 1 minute. The girls here were great and would definitely recommend Savas Studios!
