MLR Artist Management

I booked directly with a stylist that works for MLR to do mine (and my wedding party’s) hair and makeup for my wedding day almost a year in advance. Less than one month before my wedding, I received a phone call saying that the stylist I had booked with (and paid a deposit to) was double booked and would not be able to do it. They were rude and unapologetic and blamed an alleged intern for the mistake. This could not have been the case as I booked directly with the stylist (who never mentioned she worked for this company). They said they would find a replacement but then did not contact me and my phone calls would go unanswered.
They pretended to look for a replacement for a week and then told me they would not «be able to accommodate me» via an email. When I finally got the stylist on the phone she apologized and said the company was «making her» do the other client. I understand that scheduling mistakes can happen however the way they handled their mistake was completely unprofessional.

Nestor, Peter and Dalia went above and beyond for my wedding day! Not only were they extremely professional they were a ton of fun! They help ease the stress for me and did exactly what I wanted for hair and make up! Love love loved everything about the team I had for my big day! Thanks again for everything!

I had my hair & make-​up done for my daughter’s graduation, and couldn’t have been happier with the results! The stylist took his time to produce professional results that was perfect for the occasion, i.e. not overly made up. I had an extra air of confidence during all the picture taking (not crazy about that), and I highly recommend this very talented agency.
