Keeping this review short and targeted. I’ve figured out what I love from Finagle and now just repeat it. All I get here is a Salt Bagel Bacon Egg and Cheese, and it’s fantastic. Also the conveyor belt into the saw that cuts the bagels right in front in the counter is fun to watch.

5 stars for being able to eat an affordable, fresh bagel while looking across the street at Trinity Church. A nice way to spend a Boston morning.

This Finagle A Bagel is definitely my favorite location by far for so many different reasons. One — the staff is super friendly and the shop is organized so it’s easier to navigate around. Two — there are TWO floors!!! When you don’t want to study at the BPL, this is the perfect location to study because there are tons of room with lots of outlets. Not to mention, they have a lot of window spaces. I absolutely love love this place. They also have pumpkin bagels(seasonal) so you really can’t beat that. I had to order it after ordering a cinnamon raisin bagel and it was SO good. I highly recommend it if you’re a pumpkin lover like me :) The pumpkin flavor is there but not too overpowering. And of course, the smoked salmon bagel is a must when you come here. Can’t wait to be back since I work down the street now!!!

Needed breakfast quick, and being from NYC, it was surprising how long we had to walk until we found a place with something to go:). I got the egg sandwich special and tea. It was good, I liked the bagel the filling was ok. I think I miss the eggy, goopy mess you get with an egg sandwich in NYC. Boyfriend had a lox bagel sandwich and really enjoyed it. Service was friendly despite it being very crowded that day… I couldn’t even see the bagel slicing machine that they are famous for! I liked that I was able to take it outside to eat and enjoy people watching in Copley Square… and that a breakfast place nearby our sightseeing was there!

The food is good but the service is questionable. A couple observations from one breakfast: 1. I was not given my coffee. When I asked for it, I was told that I did not pay for it. Luckily, I had my receipt and proved that I had paid for it. 2. This place was not compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act. I asked for elevator access to go upstairs to the seating area. I was told that they did not have the access code. THISISILLEGALANDDISCRIMINATORY!

Love this place! Food was super fresh, and filling. Coffee was yummo, and I liked sitting upstairs to people watch.

Besides the god-awful rat pack ear cancer blasting, the bagels were pretty good! And an extra star for the clever name. They ran outta jalapeño cheddar so I settled for chocolate chip. They have lots of seating upstairs. Bring headphones.

A good bagel in Boston is hard to find. Finagle makes them fresh in front of you, including the eggs for their breakfast sandwiches, which is what really blows me away. Plus, any place that has a constantly running buzz saw who’s sole purpose is to cut bagels in half is a wonderful place to spend part of the morning commute in my book. That said, I’d gladly pay a bit more for better ingredients(those eggs are white as ghosts… and not just regular ghosts, super ecto-plasma filled ghosts). Still, their staff is friendly and accommodating, and you’ll see most of the same folks in there every day. Hard to go wrong with anything on the menu, but their bagels are solid(but not New York bagels, sadly).

Fresh bagle and fresh ingredients for an excellent start in the day. The bagle-cutting conveyor belp is a lot of fun to watch!

I enjoyed their bagel cutting machine :) The bagels themselves were average. On a hot Sunday morning, they had not turned up the air and the place was a sauna… which did not make for the most comfortable eating experience.

Yup, it’s as good as it looks. Fast enough service for my boss to think I only left my desk for the bathroom.

The view from upstairs is great, but service is slow and the place could use better hygiene

Solid choice for breakfast in Back Bay. I like their poppyseed, everything, or asiago bagels with jalapeño cream cheese. It has lots of pickled jalapeños and is so good! Their veggie cream cheese is also a good choice! They also have pretty standard breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Take the bagel for a picnic in Copley Square or eat it at a table upstairs.

Bagel sandwich was ok. Not bad, but I’ve had better. The lady ringing me up wasn’t too friendly, but everyone else seemed to be. The smoked turkey in my bagel sandwich was delicious, everything was just ok.

There was a pine baked into my bagel. Like literally baked in the dough. Disgusting. Egg sandwich was kind of gross besides that fact anyway.

This seems to be a hot spot for bagel sandwiches and coffee. Many menu items come with coffee — hot or iced. You can make your own bagel(pick your bagel and toppings) or order one from their menu. Fast service. Seating upstairs or on the patio.

I ate breakfast here several days a week for the entire first year I moved to the neighborhood! I bought some kind of Groupon so that I could eat half price, making their sandwiches less than $ 3 each. The bottom line is that their food is good. The sandwiches and Coffee are made fresh and the service is fast too. Take your food upstairs to find fabulous people watching over Boylston Street as well. The Deal: check the wall poster for their weekly deal which is usually a sandwich and coffee for only $ 4!

Bön pratique, prix corrects, terrasse. Bön pour un déjeuner rapide ou à toute heure. Mais on n’est pas chez Fairmont Bagel, rien à voir en qualité.
