Horribly managed. Food is good but when there’s a a rush, employees are running around frustrated and manager can’t handle anything.

I always order the Caprese sandwich (mozzarella, tomatoes, arugula & basil pesto on ciabatta). It used to blow me away, but now I’ve downgraded to just a fan. At times I find that the bread is too chewy and tough to eat (especially if it’s in the «ready to eat» section. I also wish that they’d add more pesto, because sometimes the sandwich can taste a bit dry, given the proportion of bread to ingredients. Otherwise, all of the ingredients are fresh and the flavor is good.

I eat here about once or twice a week, they are super close to my office. I have tried all sorts of pastries, wraps, etc and always enjoy my food. I like that I can still discover something new after coming here so often. Not only do they have a huge offering but they change parts of the menu seasonally. The staff is consistent so I’m getting to know faces and names, they see a huge amount of people in the summer due to their proximity to the dock where people board for cruise travel. All in all a great meal for a decent price. You can’t go wrong!
