KFC

So disappointed! Went through the drive through tonight for a quick dinner and wanted to try the new Nashville Hot Chicken tenders. They were so dry and looked like they were probably sitting there a while, or maybe that’s just how they are but if that’s the case then I would advise you to revisit the recipe. I also ordered potato wedges and got mashed potatoes but that wasn’t really a big deal. The picture depicted shows your advertisement on the top and what I received on the bottom. Everyone was really nice but the food quality wasn’t quite there.

Stopped in for a late night bite at this location yesterday
Customer service was spot on, my order was taken quickly by a friendly employee (unsure of her name but she was a short brunette)
My order was ready in less than a minute
Food was great, tasted as anticipated, even better with the new finger lickin good sauce
Overall I had a positive experience, your employees at this location are doing great and deserve some sort of recognition, I will be back soon!

Their customer service is always good, but… I ordered the popcorn chicken for my grandson and it was so hard and dried out he couldn’t even bite into it. I had to throw it all away. I think it was at least a couple days old, and they had to have known.

It’s been a while since I crave KFC, so I decided to pay my local KFC a visit.
This KFC is by far the cleanest and has friendly workers specially Giovanni, he services with a smile and gets our order just as we wanted. The manager is also very friendly and we appreciate not only the stelar service but food was on point.
Will be back when we crave KFC.

Fast and friendly service. First time trying the grilled chicken. Not bad at all. I like this location because the area is nice and the clientele are decent people. This is a franchised location so you can tell it’s not a «traditional» KFC.
I was in the middle of giving 4 stars then I was told they couldn’t read my credit card. Really? They can’t type in the number like a normal big chain company? This is what you get with franchises. Sorry, 3 stars for you for the Inconvenience.

Ghetto ass people who work here. Won’t even let me finish ordering and kept telling me thank pull forward, thank you pull forward. Shit man you work in Bonita not no nasty city. If you can’t work under pressure find another job!

My family and I waited at the register for over ten minutes, We finally walked out, the crew was apathetic, and could care less about the customer, Ive had better service at county jail… Place Sucks.

Dad’s request was more than odd when he said all he wanted for Fathers day was Take-​out from Kentucky Fried Chicken. OK, what ever you want Dad :) My brother and I drove down and got $ 45 worth of chicken and fixings. I’m not much of a KFC fan but I have to say the chicken itself (not the boneless strips) were really delicious. The Cole slaw, French fries, and mashed potatoes were really good BUT the Mac and Cheese was down right gross. The service was fantastic and we rang that little bell they have sitting on the counter 3 times for the good service. The only draw back was a 2 litter of coke we also bought with our order but never got. I called down there and spoke with a female manager and she was very nice. I told her we were already home and didn’t feel like coming back tonight. She said no problem come at your convenience and we will have a 2 liter and a cake of your choice for the inconvenience. I am giving this KFC 5 stars for the customer service. I would give the food a 4 but to me, especially in this day and age, customer service reigns superior. Thank You KFC for making our Fathers Day Feast a pleasant one!

I like a good breaded chicken sandwich, but my visit to this KFC and its Doublicious sandwich did not meet my expectations, and until now, I am still perplex regarding its name.
I had the doublicious, a side order of mashed potatoes, and a drink (
). The sandwich not only look like its advertised, but it flavor was very salty. It wasn’t until after I ate the sandwich, that I learned this sandwich packed a hefty 1,060 mg of sodium. Salty salty indeed. The chicken itself had a nice crunchy exterior, and for the moist part, the chicken was tender (
). The sandwich came with bacon which tasted alright, but it needed to be more crispy. (
) Overall, the Doublicious let me down, and if the «double» refers to the amount of sodium in the sandwich, well they got that right.
The mashed potatoes were pretty good for KFC and their recipe (
). The place was a little messy with a few tables needing to be cleaned and the bathroom needed wiped down as well. The employees were alright, but needed to be a little more friendly.
I think KFC could do better…

Whatever employee was working there last Wednesday morning was THE SHIT!!! Super duper nice and didn’t get frustrated with me as I took 10 minutes to decide what I wanted haha

Maybe it’s just me getting old and I’m not paying attention to how much inflation has grown, but damn, this KFC was expensive!
I got a 10 piece home-​style chicken bucket, four biscuits and three small, mediocre sides of mashed potatoes, gravy and coleslaw for $ 25 not including tax.
The chicken was dripping with grease, the biscuits were super dry and both the mashed potatoes and gravy were cold. Total disappointment.
Other than the food, which is ultimately what we came for, the service here wasn’t bad. The lady at the counter was friendly enough and had a smile on her face.
Overall, I won’t be coming back.

The only reason I came here was because I was on a time and money budget. I regret it. They charged for ranch. I asked for potato wedges n she said there isn’t any. I asked politely to check and she had a snobby attitude like her job is that hard. Food was below average. Poor Colonel Sanders… Just this location is dreading your famous chicken.

This has got to be one of the nicest and cleanest KFC’s around. Maybe because it’s in the Bonita/​Sunnyside area. But the employees are very nice and attentive and the restaurant is clean.

Joann is awesome. Long wait during mothers day, but she make her own way for the customers to be taken care of. Kudos!

They never get your order right, and often seem confused as to how the register works. I don’t make a habit of reviewing fast food chains, but the service here is really lacking.

Nothing but teens working and their 110 yr old grandmother working the register. Everything took so long, from placing the order to getting my food. I did observe them almost cause a fire by placing frozen potatoes into the fryer and they smoked out the building. My order wasn’t complicated or crazy but it still took forever to get it. I wont be returning to this KFC ever. Not sure what or who is running this location or what their deal is.

Apparently I haven’t been here in a while. I wasn’t aware that they took out the A&W, which was a weird combo to have anyway.
This place is run by teenagers so expect teenage service. I have never been here when its busy, but every time I do come most of the tables are dirty. Nothing a wet rag couldn’t fix.
This place has been here a while, and its definitively convenient if you live down on this side of Bonita as there is really not much you can get without having to venture into CV.
I wish they would clean up though

This used to ge and A&W and KFC, but now it’s just KFC. The service is still shitty, and they still forget to give us our entire order.
The other night I drove up at 10PM and they said «Sorry to inform you that this KFC is no longer open until 11PM»
EPIC FAIL.
The sign still said 11PM and the lights were on.
I need my gross, nasty KFC fix sometimes and this was the place to do it… and unfortunately it’s the only place around for miles.
