Love this gym! It has a great variety of equipment, including hammer strength, which I love! Unlike many gyms in the area, NI has more than two stair climbers and cybex machines.
Great place to come in and get in a workout without any drama!

Scam alert! Going well beyond normal gym advertising limits this $ 10/month gym has more fine print that the IRS. There is a $ 60 initiation fee, a $ 60 yearly fee, and a sixty day cancellation fee. If you wanted a year’s membership you’d be at $ 20/month.
On the upside, staff is friendly and the equipment seems in good repair. From a distance as there is no complimentary workout and the «tour» seemed to concentrate on the smoothie bar.

John Pierce was awesome. He helped us get set right up for a week pass. There were no problems, the process was quick and easy, and at a decent rate. The gym has everything you could ever need and all the equipment was in great condition. It may be a little daunting from the exterior, but once inside, it is awesome. If I lived down there, it would definitely be my home gym.

I’ve worked out here several times while visiting Bonita Springs. This gym has ample free weights (Dumbbells from 5 to 125lbs) and close to a hundred different machines by Cybex, Lifefitness and Hammer Strength in addition to about 50 cardio machines. Never seems crowded when I go and is clean and orderly.
