waitress was super chill and always made sure we had breadsticks, which are amazing. me and my group of friends were kind of weird and she handled the situation well anyway we didn’t wait too long for anything. it was a good price for a great amount of food, i was stuffed like a turkey

We haven’t been to the Olive Garden in probably 15 years, but we were driving by and hungry, so we decided to stop in. The hostess was borderline apathetic so we opted to sit in the bar. Initially we waited for quite a while to be greeted by a server. I was hangry and losing patience rapidly, but my surprise, the server was excellent. She had at least 6 active tables, so she was doing her best. She was quick with the salad and bread sticks, so all was well. Her gigantic smile and expertise in waiting tables turned the experience from what was a rough start to a very satisfying meal. I will say the hostess was of no help. She sat at her desk and texted all evening.

Thought we would grab a quick salad/soup here. Waited only a few minutes to be seated. 50 degrees outside and they have the A/C cranking… ok, leaving my coat on. Wait 5 minutes, waiter finally shows to tell us he will be back. We see him serving others, we are still waiting. Finally gave up and left. When you have to wait that long and haven’t even gotten a beverage order in, know it’s time to go someplace else…

We just had an amazing experience at this restaurant! We love Olive Garden and we go quite often, but Chase is probably the best waiter we have ever had at any restaurant! He was friendly, attentive, funny, and just a great guy! Wish all servers were more like him. Thanks for a great dining experience Chase

As much as I love this place I have to say service has gone down as well as the wait time for freakin carry out is insane especially for something that supposedly was ready 10 min ago. And still the same.

Nice layout, but very very poor service. The attitude of our server was pissy for some reason, and it turned into a poor dinner experience for us. Unfortunate! Our drinks never came and we had to cancel them when we were half way through the dinner.

Prices go up, service and food quality continues to go down. Our waiter on Monday was SO overwhelmed, he was getting orders wrong in his section left and right. Never brought our appetizer until we asked for it. Why even have the kiosk if they never check it? Calamari was undercooked and gross.

Worst Olive Garden ever. Second time service was awful. First time the sever stood in front of the table and talked to her co worker, as we waited 10 minutes. No refills, we actually asked for a different server. She still works there today. Wow! Same manager both times. This time sat at the bar for 5 minutes, no service at all. Asked a server and he got the manager. Manager was not apologetic not even asked us how we were doing. Just what do you want to drink. She then left the bar and was talking to servers. We left. I will not return to this location. Btw my husband and I both worked for darden. I actually received a letter of recommendation. My husband worked for both Olive Garden and red lobster. Lots of raining is needed at this location.

Kudos to the staff members that are working this Veterans Day. They did a great job welcoming all of the Veteran patrons with an extra smile. The business was extremely busy at lunchtime and they did a great job. A complimentary lunch goes a long way. My 84 yoa father enjoyed his special day as did we. Thank you.

Busy Saturday like most places on Saturday evening. Food was OG’s standard fare including never ending pasta. Two new choices, for the season. All was quite good as expected. Service was excellent. Our server Ricky was on outstanding. They have also added self pay kiosk which we really like.

I enjoyed a 5 star meal, the bombest food that I’ve perhaps ever eaten. But before I ate this meal, I was welcomed into the restaurant by the best hostesses I’ve ever seen. Thanks Erika and Alyssa for making this experience super fly!

Completely dissatisfied. Got there about 6pm and got seated at the table. Then waited over 20 minutes and never seen a our waiter, never place a drink order nothing. They sat us there and forgot about us. Left after 30 minutes. Service is unacceptable at this location off weber.

Just got done eating here. Asked the hostess if we could have a table close to the door because my grandmother can’t walk long distances, she sat us in the back. The waitress had an attitude like she didn’t want to be there. My ravioli literally looked like and tasted like styrofoam. The plates were so hot that the waitress practically threw our plates at us. Not good, definitely won’t go back

It’s the Olive Garden. I really can’t say anything bad about this location. The staff is friendly. we never really have to wait for a table… the place is clean. and the service is actually pretty good. The new Italian duo thing is actually pretty good. the mac n cheese they have is delicious… and we all know it’s all about the salad and breadsticks which were great. as always. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants a nice easy comfortable place to eat! :)

I’m another customer that hasn’t been to an Olive Garden in years — too soon for me. My Caesar Salad tasted 70% dressing, 10% cheese, 5% croutons and lettuce gasping for recognition, it wasn’t finished. My wife’s chicken scampi was smothered in heavy sauce and she didn’t eat hers, the new citrus chicken was boring and dry. Overall, out of 4 meals, only one was finished. Go for the service, not the food. I could have done a lot better in my kitchen for $ 20…not the $ 75 we spent. Shame on Olive Garden.

This was a late night stop for dinner after doing some shopping, we arrived around 8:30 and it was still busy. The initial wait service was prompt but after that it became very slow! We both had the unlimited salad, breadsticks, and pasta. I have given this restaurant a 2, it’s probably a 2 ½. I would give two stars to the salad and breadsticks and a half a star to the service and pasta. I will not return to this restaurant and may not visit an Olive Garden again. The pasta was ok but was very salty and my wife had a hard time finishing her’s because of the saltines. I was disappointed because I like their salad and breadsticks, if I go back it would be for lunch and just order salad and bread.

The food was good(I could have used a bit more sauce on my. Pasta) but good in all. The waitress was friendly and the drinks were good as well. I will go back.

I came here with some friends from out of town for dinner. We were hungry and one of the friends is from another country so she had never tried the unlimited salad and breadsticks. She loved it and so did we. The waiter was OK. He seemed to be in a hurry or as another reviewer put it so well, he looked like he had somewhere better to be. But overall, he was decent. We ordered a lasagna and a grilled fish with steamed veggies. We waited and waited and had a lot of salad! 45 minutes passed and we started to ask about our food. The waiter said the fish took a while.(Um, no it doesn’t). Then the manager came by and apologized for the delay. After almost an hour we got our food. The lasagna looked more like a soup. The fish was eh, Ok. The manager made some excuse about the lasagna — something about the ovens… It was fine tasting but the presentation wasn’t that great. In the end, the manager came by and apologized again. He said he’d take a percentage off the check and give us desert. We ordered one desert to split among the 3 of us. He then said that each one of us could order a desert and we could take it to go if we liked. That was nice and unexpected. We did and later the next day, we ate them. They were yummy. When the check came, we were only charged for our drinks, a soda and an iced tea. The rest of the check was comped. The manager said he values his customers, he apologized for the wait and hoped to see us again soon. In the end, needless to say we were happy with the turnout. I would come back here.

We’ve been here a few times with the family. And when I say family I mean there are like fifteen of us. We usually have two servers waiting on us and were usually split up at two or more tables. The food is decent, about what you’d expect going to any Olive Garden… But the service has always been mediocre. The servers always seem like they have somewhere more important to be… And instead of asking the whole table if they need anything they run away to get one requested item. Then when they come back ten minutes later they act annoyed that more requests arise… I don’t know. I’m just over the whole gratuity being added to parties over six and then feeling like the servers don’t care cuz they get paid either way.
