Dear Pizza Hut of Bolingbrook
I ordered a veggie lovers pizza, not a green peppers lover pizza. Now I remember why we don’t normally order from you all. This is ridiculous. And for the record, 1 star is generous!

Terrible — asked for a personal pan with extra sauce well done. It is under cooked and barely any sauce never mind extra. Gave them two chances and they disappointed me twice. This is the first Unilocal review I have written if that tells you how disappointed I am. LOL

The reviews are true. the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. They messed up my order real bad and tried to make excuses. it’s not worth my time to explain it.
On top of that, the pizza they gave us did not taste the same compared to other pizza huts. It was cold and they were cheap with their sauce and cheese. Will never return to this location.

We order at least twice a week from the Bolingbrook location… spent 250 $ last month… always tip driver well… Tonight they got our order wrong.. we ordered Extra Sauce and Got NO sauce… they refuse to deliver the correct order since one of my kids ate a few slices… not knowing the order was wrong… you have just lost a good customer. The store manager refused to make good… we returned the pizzas and will not be customers any more. Thanks

TWO HOURS. I had to wait for TWO HOURS for this delivery. When I called to check if the time was right, the person on the phone sounded very uncaring. The person basically went «Hello… uh huh… uh huh… uh huh… Bye»
DON’T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU CARE VERY LITTLE FOR QUALITY OF ANY KIND.

Ordered pizza came after an hour my pizza was not in the oven yet. Took another 15 min. Sloppy

I have no idea how they have a 4 star rating. I haven’t had Pizza Hut in MANY years. I remember years ago they were THE BEST but they got cheap. Quality is terrible! Only reason I ordered was cause the Hubs wanted to try it.
I called in our order and the guy said 40 mins for delivery which turned out to be an hour exaclty. I figured fine maybe the pizza will make up for it.
UH NOT!!!
Ordered the stuffed crust 3 cheese pizza and bread sticks. The pizza finally arrived and we sat down to eat. DEAR PIZZA HUT do you even use pizza crust? It was like bread with hardly any toppings and I’m not sure if there was even cheese on it. Aside from the fake cheese stuffed in the crust.
Bread sticks were supposed to be garlic herb but tasted like cinnamon…
Needless to say, I won’t be ordering any more. It was a reminder why I haven’t eatin Pizza Hut in so many years

I wish they were generous with their cheese pizzas. The last pizza I ordered had so much tomato sauce and barely any cheese. I was not too happy.
