I have worn glasses since about third grade and about four years ago, I broke them and at that time did not think I could work glasses into my budget. So all that time goes by, and I don’t think much of it until recently. I know it’s time to get back to the eye doctor when my headaches and eyesight are to the point which causes me to reverse the colors on my computer at work. I had to change the background to black and the font to white.
So I went to my insurance carriers website, and found two eye doctors nearly right next to each other that were covered under my plan. I flipped a coin and this is that came up heads. So I went to their website, and did everything on-​line. I set up an appointment, and also filled out the first time patient information all on on-​line formats.
The day of the appointment, I arrived early, and get this, I was taken earlier as well. I couldn’t believe it. Dr. Subak was professional, funny, and a great doctor. I could not have made a better choice. I did get yelled at for waiting 4 years to go to the eye doctor, though.
