Love this place, prices are reasonable, you would never know you are in the heart of the city, staff is friendly & down to earth, truly feels like a day spa instead of just a place to get your nails done

My husband and I recently moved to the area and wanted to get massages for Valentine’s Day. I was super happy that this place could accommodate us on shorter notice (we booked a week out). When we arrived I really loved the downtown location and the overall ambiance. Our massages were amazing, the therapists are very skilled! For us, a big downfall was the lack of services for how much you’re paying. Previous spas we’ve been in allow you to change into robes which is so much more comfortable, and offer more private waiting/​relaxation areas. We had to hear the therapists talking about taking shots and other weekend charades which doesn’t offend us but doesn’t really get you in the relaxation mood. Overall, our massages were great but for the $ 180 you’re paying I would expect a better relaxation area and to not be in street clothes the whole time.

Quiet, relaxed ambiance with excellent massage services. I have worked with both Jennifer and Story and they are both skilled therapists, especially to relieve tension from an injury. The spa itself is clean, modern, and parking is easy. Weekends book up fast but easy to get appointments mid week.

Carin gives THE best facials! I’ve followed her around for over 10 years now and her service is still absolutely fantastic. I get compliments on my skin all the time, and it’s because of Carin’s great work. You haven’t had an amazing facial until you’ve seen Carin!

Perfectly fine salon. Had a mani and a pedi. Both were quick and nicely done. Having been from the SF bay area I thought their prices were too high for the «express» services. Otherwise very good service.

Kayla was great! My friend and I booked an appointment fast on a Sunday. (They are one of few nail places open on Sunday in Boise) Service was good, my nails looked good! I didn’t give enough direction, so the French tips came out a little different than I envisioned. Going back ASAP to get them done again the way I want with their killer happy hour deal (pedi with a free mani!)

I’ve been to Spa Urbana a few times in the last year and I have to say they never disappoint! I just had a baby 6 weeks ago and I was in desperate need of some relief and some relaxation. I had the Alpine Arnica massage with the Wild Lime Scalp treatment and the Mint Foot Therapy. Seriously best choice ever. My massage therapist, Asa, was knowledgeable and was concerned about making this a good experience for me. I am definitely going to be making another appointment and making this a once a month trip for myself. Thank you so much for helping me feel better!

I received a $ 100 gift card as a Birthday gift so I decided to use it on my first facial. The facial was good however when I went to pay the bill came to $ 85 I said I would like to use the rest for a tip and was advised you can not use the remaining balance of a gift card for a tip. Isn’t the point of getting a gift card to spoil yourself on someone elses dime? I have been to MANY spas with gift cards and NEVER heard of this policy. When I looked on their website I did not find this to be a rule. When I was leaving the spa I received an email from Spa Urbana to fill out a survey and in the survey I expressed my disappointment however obviously they don’t really care because no one called me or emailed me back about my concerns.

I was given a Spa Day Gift from my son for Mothers Day. I had the most incredible facial! Best Ever! It was such a pleasant experience and I went in on a Sunday I think that is a good day to go in because it was quiet and Free parking!

Came in for pedicures with a friend and it was great. The nail technicians were friendly, polite and accommodating. The spa atmosphere is nice. The pedicure room lends itself to groups. My nails looks great at the polish lasted weeks. One of the best pedicures I have had in Boise.

Amazing little hidden gem in downtown Boise. They were able to get me in same day. Friendly staff and super clean facility. I live in Las Vegas where we have some of the most amazing spas and let me tell you, this place ranks right up there. I was so incredibly happy with the services I received (facial, massage and gel pedicure). I even bought my mother in law a gift certificate so she can check it out. I will for sure to come back to spa Urbana when I’m in town.

From my experience with facials, if it is $ 110.00 usually facials come with a neck and shoulder massage and a steamer for the face.

What a cozy and relaxing spa!!! I was visiting a friend in Boise for a couple of days and wanted to take her somewhere to relax. Unilocaled led me to this spa and it did not disappoint! Jude, the guy that took my appointment was so nice and accommodating. They didn’t have a time slot open to take both my frjend and I but he made some phone calls and made it happen for us :) He greeted us with a warm smile and offered us some hot tea upon arrival. The gal that did my facial was wonderful. It was so relaxing that I dosed off a few times. I believe her name was Krista. They used all organic and natural products and left my skin feeling amazing!!! I took off one star because they didn’t have a sauna or steam room. If I’m back in Boise again I will definitely return :)

After having another spa drop the ball on me by not returning my calls; I was asking what time my apt was for and waiting most of the day I decided to call spa Urbana. They were super super friendly and got me in the same day. I got a mani pedi from Cara, she did an amazing job. I had a blast chatting with her and the staff. They really make you feel welcome. I definitely will be returning, and not going back to Euphoria since they don’t know how to follow through with confirmations and calling clients back. The spa was nicely decorated, clean and relaxing.

I recently had an organic enzyme facial with Brandi at Spa Urbana and absolutely loved it! I have had many facials before and this was by far the best I’ve ever had! The organic enzyme facial is not harsh but produces results. I loved the products they used on me so much that I purchased some of them! I purchased Somme Institute’s «Core System» skin care products and absolutely love the results! I have tried every product on the market it seems but have never had any that gave me the results I wanted like the Somme products have.
Thanks Spa Urbana and looking forward to my next visit!
