No complaints about the coffee or the service at most Boise and Meridian locations I’ve visited over the years but, I had a bad experience when completing the money transaction. The young man selected a $ 2.00 tip and handed the iPhone back for my signature. I caught it and now I think there are thieves in their midst…

I love Dutch bros… This is my least favorite. They don’t like taking coupons and my drinks don’t taste like everywhere else. The people are friendly though.

Besides occasionally giving me to much or to little cream in my usual drink, the baristas at this location are awesome!!! This should mean a lot coming from ME because I am a very picky customer especially when it comes to my morning cup’o’joe!!! The staff may not know me by name, but when I pull up, they know my very specific drink. They really work hard to make the customer happy and that should be recognized!!!

This dutch bros. is not my favorite. Sometimes you get a great drink and sometimes not. The consistency isn’t always there. I have a couple of good people that work there so if they happen to be there I know i am in for a great drink and tip them. My favorites are iced peach green tea and the brown sugar cinnamon latte, hot or iced. I am more of a local coffee house person or SBX but these guys hit the spot in a pinch.
