If I could, I would leave zero stars. I received an inexpensive gift from a company secret Santa. The item did not fit, but fortunately came with a gift receipt. I was informed that in order to get the refund I would have to use a Mastercard since that was the original payment method used. I came back a second time with a Mastercard and waited for my refund. Gave it 2 weeks to post and nothing happened. I came back a third time and they told me they applied the refund to someone else’s card! Even better, they said too bad nothing we can do! So the fact that they took my merchandise and didn’t provide a refund, Boot Barn steals from customers. Plus I’m pretty sure they are racists as I would always get strange looks when I walked in. I recommend avoiding this place altogether. You can get more for less at other stores anyway.

The employees at Boot Barn are very helpful and informative. They have great prices and they have the biggest selection around. If they don’t have what you need they can order anything you need if they don’t have it in the store. They have all the Fire Resistant clothing which is what I needed the first time I went in.

I bought TWO pairs of very expensive Dan Post alligator boots from boot barn(one brown, one black).($ 400+) At around the year mark boots were starting to separate and I returned the one pair to the store. Although I did not have a receipt it was in their computer system that I had made the purchase and matched my records. They gave me a new pair of boots.(as they should) a few days later I decided it would be better just to try a new brand. I went to return the boots for money back/trade and about the time the cashier was going to allow this the manager(ANNETTE) came up and refused that I be able to return the boots. Not only was she extremely RUDE but made the comment that I should just SELLTHEMONEBAY. Talk about customer service. I am EXTREMELYDISPLEASED with this store and for the amount of money I have spent on these boots you would think that ANNETTE could have been more reasonable. I will no longer be shopping with boot barn. I will continue to tell people about the assxxxxx that manage boot barn in Boise.

My daughter loves these kind of stores. While there it was a 5 to one, employee to customer ratio, yet no one asked us if we needed help, despite my daughter crawling all over the shoe section. I did get to sit front and center and catch up on the latest employee gossip. Go to D & B they will treat you better and offer the same selection.

I just walked in this store and felt like I was trespassing. I actually had to say hello and acknowledge the girl in front of me at the counter when it should be the other way around. They are very unhelpful. Spend your money somewhere else.

Their stuff is way overpriced. I bought a hat there for $ 25 and found it at another store for $ 10. The exact same hat.
