Fairfield Inn & Suites

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful (the staff could give lessons to some of the other hotels actually — they were wonderful!); and, the hotel was clean and welcoming (although there was a little construction going on in the lobby). They do provide a free breakfast as well.
Our room was a King suite, and had a nice sitting area with its own tv. The free wifi worked perfectly as did the 2 televisions. The room included a small frig & microwave. The only negative would be the bed — We both prefer a soft one, but here the mattress is extremely firm.

Amazing customer service from Hailey! She is so very helpful and friendly! She was able to accommodate an early check in request for us, (very cheerfully, I might add). The hotel is very clean and well-​kept. Beds and rooms are very comfy and it’s convenient to the movie theater and right off the freeway. We will return to this location simply because of the great customer service from your front desk person, Hailey! Thank you!

We stayed one night in August, 2015.
In past stays we’ve rated this property as 5 stars, but we’re seeing degradation in the physical plant and housekeeping. The HVAC central control thermostat did not work. Night stand table top surfaces had water stains. The shower had a huge leak at the shower head connection. The toilet seat was loose leading to pinching if one moved while seated. The towels and wash clothes are thread bare.
We’ll search for an alternate hotel for our return trip.

Loved!!! Mobile check-​in and out, free upgrade to a suite by the manager, front desk staff was so happy, pool looked so clean, not many guests so it was super quiet and not crowded, parking was well lit, rooms are new/​comfortable/​clean and best part was the tasty fresh eggs, sausage and fruit for breakfast! Great value for the reasonable price. Highly recommend!

We have friends in Boerne, and I’m a Marriott Rewards member, so the Fairfield was our only choice in the area if I wanted to be a point-​grubber. I was OK with that.
Usually, Fairfields are nothing special… they are the «value» choice for Marriott’s chain, and provide clean rooms and friendly service. The one in Boerne, however, took it to another level. I read that the hotel was built in 2008, which was a surprise. I would’ve though it had just opened that weekend, as it was so clean and well-​maintained. Even the pool looked like it had just had its cover off for the first time.
The desk staff was (by far) the friendliest I’ve ever encountered. When we left, I made sure to mention to them how much I enjoyed our stay.
We will certainly be back the next time we put together another Hill Country weekend!

We have been to a couple of different hotels in Boerne, but this stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites is the best experience we’ve ever had. The staff, Scott, was so gracious to give us a large two queen suite that was perfect for our family. Room came with a microwave, two tv’s, and a refrigerator. Comfy beds and clean rooms. Highly recommended!

Just stayed here on Christmas weekend dec 24^th to be exact. Very friendly staff and very helpful even early on Christmas morning for the continental breakfast. They even allowed an early check-​in, all I had to do was call when I was an hour away to confirm so they could see if my room was ready and it was. What a great option instead of waiting until 3pm I was able to check-​in at noon.
My wife and I were visiting our daughter for Christmas and needed a hotel room for the night. We made our reservation on Monday on short notice and they had rooms available!
This place was built I think in 2008, well maintained, looks brand new, our room was very nice with double queen beds. Everything worked perfect in our room including the 40″ flat screen tv.
I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Boerne, TX or surrounding area. We will stay here whenever we visit our daughter.

Pretty new hotel, beautifully maintained. It is such a pleasure to stay in such a wonderfully run hotel! Rooms are basic, pool is lovely, breakfast is wonderful, and the staff is outstanding.

Several family members stayed here, at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Boerne TX, during a nearly week-​long family event in December 2009. This hotel is sweet and comfortable; and the whole staff made us all feel like V.I.P.s. The staff even presented my father-​in-​law with a birthday card on his 90^th birthday! We highly recommend this hotel.
