This is a decent Starbucks, no drive through and the little sugar bar/creamer area is always messy and so are the bathrooms. The employees are nice though and move pretty quickly, I just feel like this location is a little sloppy though.

I like this location and baristas. But the service is so slow! Sometimes it takes more than 10 minutes to get an iced coffee.

I came into this location while visiting my Brother in Boca, needed to get my PSL fix. There were 4 of us who ordered all together and there were people behind us so Nick, the guy who took care of us was not that friendly and seemed to be rushing us. He also seemed to be annoyed at that fact that we were so many and ordered 5 things which should not be the case. We arrived before these other people in line and if we were by ourselves ordering 5 separate orders it probably would not have been a problem to him but we wanted to pay with one card. I ordered my usual seasonal tall soy pumpkin spice double latte with a little whip cream and a toasted chocolate croissant. The latte came out good and barista who made my drink made conversation with us and was very nice. The chocolate croissant was delicious as usual and my PSL was delicious as well.

As a Starbucks partner, I know what to expect from their products and customer service. When I visited this Starbucks I was completely disappointed by the service I received from Nick. He was very rude. He hardly made any eye contact with us and it was clear that he was trying to get our orders over with. I understand that baristas can get very busy and rushed, but the store was slow and there was only one couple behind us. We ordered two drinks and two pastries, and after each item we ordered he rolled his eyes and tried to take the customers order behind us and move us along. I know what it’s like to be on both sides of the counter, but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at Starbucks.

Unprofessional staff. Have been here at least 4 times hoping that it would get better. I wrote an email to the manager in the past, and was offered a free drink. Politely, I declined and explained that I do not want a free drink, rather, I want them to uphold the store to the same standards to which other Starbuck’s stores are held and operate. As an example, today, I ordered a salted caramel mocha and I was asked if I meant latte. We repeated this process 3 times. Mocha and Latte are not the same as far as I know, and there is no menu item called salted caramel latte. Anyhow, I received a ¾ cup full of the drink. This was the last time I step foot into this one.

This location is fine but the music is way too loud, it’s more freezing than any other SB I’ve been to, and the woman with the thick drawn on eyebrows is really bitter about working here.

Nice location, not too crowded but it does attract a steady stream of customers. I spent a few hours here meeting up with someone and the atmosphere is lively. Coffee is good but of course, overpriced. The store was actually very clean(including the bathroom) and the baristas were friendly and efficient. I’m not a big coffee drinker or Starbucks junkie by any means, but I’ll probably be back here again.

Lightning fast internet. Friendly, courteous service(rare in south florida). This Starbucks is tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of the garden shops of boca. Even better, a liquor store is right nearby on case you need to get your Irish coffee going!

Ahhhh Boca, you truly are in a world of your own. I often stop at various Starbucks for meetings or to kill time between meetings but this location takes the cake for several reasons. The service is on point and super friendly. There is ample seating and although it was quite full on a Friday around 3pm, I still managed to find a comfy seat to work before heading to my 4pm appointment. But what kills me is while I was working on my tablet and phone simultaneously, a kid maybe 5 or 6 plops in the chair next to me with his leap frog tablet and starts«working». Seriously!!! Dad eventually joined him with a beverage and this future executive was whining that he couldn’t get on the wifi. Dad helped him and all was well with the world. I sipped my frappucino and people watched all the strange Boca-lites.

Nice place to sit and sip. This location can get pretty busy because it’s surrounded by several office buildings and restaurants. I notice people just sitting and killing time until their next appointment. The drinks are on par with any other Starbucks, and the staff is friendly. The bathrooms, however, should be sanitized more thoroughly. Although the walls look clean and the floors are dry, there’s a stale, unpleasant odor that lingers inside and directly outside the bathroom. It looks like it gets cleaned often, but perhaps some Lysol or Febreeze is in order.

Come here maybe 1 – 2 times a week for a little boost in the morning. Hey always make my frappes on point and it’s delicious. They never mistaken any order I place. And their staff is super friendly and work efficiently. :)

So annoyed. Tried to go to this place 3 times during the evening and they are always closed before I can get there. Says closing is 8 o’clock, closed before 7:30. During the week closes at 9:30 and they are closed before 9. Hours are whatever works for them when it comes to closing… Super annoying.

I don’t go to coffee places often, but was particularly impressed by the helpful and competent service of one of the staff. He even gave me size options in American(small, medium, large…) so five stars on that alone.

Always delicious! I wanted just a venti vanilla blonde roast but they were out, so I opted for the skinny caramel macchiato. Virtually no wait time which is very nice. Can’t go wrong with this place as long as you know what you are ordering!

In my visits thus far I have been happy with the service. I think it’s cold in there but that’s fixed by wearing my 262 hoodie and drinking hot coffee. I have good internet in my apt but they have google internet service which is very fast. It’s a nice place to get work done, hoever the place is long and narrow and only has 2 person tables so it may not be the best for group study sessions

This location definitely became our Go-To Starbucks Stop while in SoFla for 10 days. Friendly Baristas, GOODCOFFEE(Yeah, you read that correctly) served at the proper temperature!(What is with Starbucks serving searing hot beverages? Well, this one doesn’t. And that probably has a lot to do with their coffee not tasting burnt.) The baristas were friendly and chatty without taking too much time and creating a line. As seems to be the norm in Boca, parking sucks. We took to parking around the corner rather than fighting for a spot directly in front. The Baristas and Well-Prepared Coffees kept us coming back!

Anyone that knows me knows I need my coffee. I prefer strong coffees like café con leche from a good cuban coffee shop or something similar. I haven’t found any of those type of coffee shops so the next best thing is Starbucks. This is the location that I like the most. The baristas are very good here. Knock on wood they have not made any mistakes yet. The store is decorated just like most of the other stores. It doesn’t have as much seating as other stores but that doesn’t bother me since I always take it to go. I usually get a caramel macchiato with soy milk but I would also recommend the chai tea or the green tea latte. The prices are expensive but I got used to it. The case with all the desserts always looks good here. Even though the desserts are really expensive, my man still treats me to them. They are so good that they make me smile.

I know everyone thinks it and I have even said it, that all Starbucks are the same… I’ve come to my senses and realized that is so not true. I even wrote a review a few weeks back for a location I try to avoid; so it’s only fair that I give a thumbs up to my location of choice. As convenient a location as it is, it does have some downside. The main complaint is(like all Starbucks), I like their specialty drinks like frappuccino and other flavored drinks but frankly there over priced, too fattening and too sweet. The other issue is I don’t really like their plain cup of joe. I prefer iced coffee and Starbucks iced coffee is too weak. Have you ever tried those sandwiches? too expensive. I’ve splurged(often) on the pastries and breads; all have good taste but some tend to be very dry. I would normally give three stars on this description, but what they earn the fourth star because what other coffee options do I have nearby. I know the prices are outrageous but thats a simple case of economics; reason they charge so much… because they can
