Dunkin’ Donuts

I am trying to figure out why my favorite DD has gone completely down in taste. The last few times have been lousy. In the recent past I ordered jelly munchkins. Many were stale and I was personally embarrassed when I brought them to a relatives home. The last two times I came in for Valentine’s donuts and drinks haven’t been the greatest experience. The donuts really were tasteless… how they accomplished that is beyond me. The muffins haven’t been worth raving about either… they taste like sawdust. What’s with this place? My iced drink was also tasteless… yesterday’s had no whipped cream and basically I had to stir it so it would become more liquid. Utterly ridiculous. I will no longer go to this particular establishment. It once was excellent… now its lucky to be mediocre.

These places have amazing selection and I never had a bad donut they’re always fresh and it’s for every hour truly tasty experience

I ordered multiple food items and drinks. Everything was just okay. The iced coffee was clearly old as it tasted bitter and watery. I politely asked for another one but was given blank stares and blinks by the six people working behind the counter. After a moment, one employee asked me «What I wanted» so I politely asked again for another iced coffee. Finally, someone made it for me and it was just as bad as the first. The donuts were also misshapen but tasted alright. This is not my «usual» Dunkin location. I should have just stuck with my norm to have a better experience. I would not recommend this location based on the customer service I received.

Best coffee always! Love the croissant breakfast sandwich. My favorite part is the Dunking Donuts FREE membership. Join on your cell phone, pay with your phone and earn points. Awesome!

I love Dunkin Donuts and this location on Powerline Road. The staff is friendly and donuts are awesome

A much faster Dunkin Donuts. The servers are always friendly and get your food order out quickly and correctly. The coffee is always made just like I like, and they keep their store very clean. The only thing I dislike here is the narrow parking lot.

This is the second time in a row… They serve stale bagels! I don’t understand how they can legitimately serve a stale bagel that breaks my teeth to chew, ask me to pay $ 4 for it and then deny staleness. Off to another place.

Being a Starbucks’ drink lover, it took me a bit to get used to dd. However, This location is right near where I live and very convenient.
The owners /​workers are very nice hardworking people who go out of their way to make your experience perfect.
My new fav is definitely the iced Carmel coffee and all types of sprinkled donuts are my weakness !
Parking lot is small but it’s ok to park further and walk people, don’t illegally park cars infront of the store.

I love their ice coffee and their donuts are always fresh tasting and delicious. I could go for a jelly donut with powdered sugar right now.
The people who work at the counter are friendly and helpful.

They have the best Hot Tea!!! Especially now with this cold weather…

Nice clean DD store with good selections.
The only problem is parking is limited here.

Recently remodeled and lovingly looked after by the owners, this location is a joy to visit. They have very friendly and attentive staff, who go out of their way with a smile and speedy service. Parking is a slight issue, but please don’t make things worse by being one of the inconsiderate people who park in the front where there is no parking — there’s just no excuse for it.
