Ann Freedman, DMD

Surprised that no one else has reviewed her. I feel like all of Boca sends their kids to Annie Freedman. I used to go to her when I was younger. A few things stick out: 1, she always told me I needed to get my baby teeth pulled to «make room for my adult teeth,» even though the first time she did this, she pulled my 4 front bottom teeth at once, leaving a huge gap for over a YEAR before the other teeth grew in; 2, she would carry on conversations with staff while filling cavities, so I always felt like they were laughing at me. And 3, every year she hosted a huge Halloween party at Mission Bay movie theatre (which no longer exists) where all her patients and family members were invited. That was pretty fun.
I wouldn’t trust her because of the pulling-​teeth thing; it felt like she was more concerned with money than my well-​being, but who knows. Things may have changed since then. She is pretty nice otherwise.
