I am an absentee landlord who really needed a new handyman service for my small condo in Boca. My tenant is an elderly single lady who, rightfully, worries about safety issues with strangers coming to her home. I found John and Lois through Unilocal and then went to their web site. I was reassured when I saw they were registered with the Police Department.
My tenant had called me that morning with a small problem, I called John and got a live person on the phone immediately. After discussing the issue, fees and scheduling I was happy with what I had heard. My tenant reports that the young men that went to work on the problem were very polite and kind. They removed their shoes, were able to troubleshoot and fix the problem in a few minutes. The fee is very reasonable and I am a new happy customer.
