I love coming here when I need to buy my guy something for an event or whatever. The sales staff is super knowledgeable and helpful. They looked at pics of my guy and helped me size a few shirts for him, and they totally nailed it. They aren’t pushy or overly intrusive. They let u browse and are there if u have a question.

This place has unbelievable customer service! They SAVED me from having a meltdown at my own wedding. I gave my brand new Jasan Tuxedo shirt for dry cleaning and the dry cleaners ruined my shirt just a night before my travel to MSP. I frantically searched for options to get the shirt fixed, and Brian White (GM for the Boss Store at Mall of America) comes to the rescue. He exchanged the shirt at no cost and even kept the replacement shirt pressed and ready to go for the wedding. If that’s not customer service, I don’t know what is! I had already bought all the other items I needed, otherwise I would have given Brian enough commission to send him to the Caribbean and back :)
If I’m back in town soon enough, I will DEFINITELY stop by this store again!

I wanted to write this review if for nothing else to give a big thanks to the staff.
I ordered my tuxedo from the Mall of America location and it was perfect! Vina took the time to make sure it was exactly the way I wanted it and I did not leave disappointed. In fact, I ended up getting another suit on my second fitting and it is also perfectly tailored to my specifications.
Brandon was very involved and made sure that I had everything I needed. Even as a sales associate I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything and really had an excellent experience from the whole team.
If you like their style and fit, I’d recommend going to check them out. You’ll work with professionals that care about how you feel when you leave the store.

Very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable staff. My boyfriend and I walked in there just to see what their suits were like and we were both greeted warmly, offered espresso or water, and the saleswoman (yes, they have women who work there selling suits!) was very helpful. She thoughtfully listened to what my boyfriend was looking for in a suit and didn’t try to «sell» something that he wouldn’t really want. Very nice store layout, comfortable chairs to wait in, big, spacious dressing rooms! Their suits are expensive but they are wonderfully made and it’s a great store to go get a quality suit and be treated very well.

I purchased a pair of Hugo Boss slacks from Linda. I have to say I didn’t think they would fit me properly but Linda assured me I would be happy with them and I am. I can’t wait to get my next pair. Thanks for the great service. I will be back,
