Greg and his team are awesome! They sold our house within 4 days! (on Easter Weekend) The reason we listed with him was he understood our home. Other realtors couldn’t figure out how to price our property because it wasn’t a ranch. We had a beautiful 88 year old house that sat on 2 lots. He sent us property listings that sold recently that were similar to ours in age and land size. (property that he had personally seen) and suggested a price. We agreed and listed with him. Had we gone with one of the other two realtors who gave us estimates, we would have sold it for much less.
Greg and his team went the whole nine yards. They took awesome pictures and posted them on MLS, realtor, zillow, and his own website. (possibly more) I also saw a video of the pictures on youtube. He didn’t try to sell it quietly, he went all out. I am very grateful that we worked with him and I highly recommend him.
