Rewes Drain Cleaning

I own a food business in Bloomington that is in a complex with other businesses. Another business had their grease trap line plugged, causing problems with our floor drains. Rewes came out, identified the problem and worked hard to fix the problem at the other business. This hard work solved our problem. Then, a day later, the other business had the same problem and Rewes came out immediately and corrected the problem. Had they not come out and worked so hard, we would have had major problems. I also need to mention that the employees were well versed in the problem and communicated the process with me very well. They even cleaned up the mess! Highly recommend. Brent

We have had water coming up out of our basement floor drain when we used multiple things at once (Washer and Dishwasher). After researching online regarding the problem, I knew the mainline was clogged.
I called Rewes and talked to the owner Sam, he asked a few questions, gave me an estimate and we setup an appointment for the next day. On the day of the appointment, he called two hours ahead of time and asked if they could head over as they were available now.
When they arrived, they setup and asked a few basic questions. One of the things that made me happy was that they run a camera into the drain to get a real idea as to what is occurring and the system they use allows them to go farther into the drain for removal than some other companies. As they were working, they did a really good job of explaining what I was seeing on the camera, how the connections worked, what material the pipes were etc. They were very personable and professional. When they were finished, they tested everything to make sure it worked and totally cleaned up the work area. Furthermore, they had a one year guarantee on the work performed and will come back next year to run the camera through again.
As someone who was extremely worried about the potential problems with my plumbing, I’m relieved I went with Rewes. They performed a great service at what I think is a great value (end price equaled the initial estimate).

Called Rewes to my house after another company had told me I needed to dig my front yard up and it was going to cost thousands. Rewes showed up on time was polite, had top knotch equipment and had me flowing in under two hours with no digging needed. I was more than pleased. After speaking with the owner I learned they are a local company and the owner was a Marine in Afghanistan. I would recommend them to anyone with sewer problems.

I had a large family gathering at my home over the hoilday and my septic starting backing up in my basement, so I called Rewes Drain Cleaning and spoke with the owner Sam. I explained to him what was going on and that I had about 30 people at my home. Sam listened, and then told me that he would be right out. The only thing he told me was to try not to do any laundary. I just laughed and told him no problem. I know that he was enjoying the hoilday with his own family, but he left his family to help me and mine. He got to my home in about 20 mins. He had me up in running in about 30 mins. And my family gathering went off with out a hitch.
