Really neat spot off of Main street with cute outdoor décor in an alley. We had the Quesadilla Tacos which were amazing! Picture ooey gooey melted vegan cheese between two layers of tortilla, then folded to be stuffed fresh vegetables and amazing flavor. I also had the the Quinoa Salad just going for the healthy option, but that also ended up being really delicious with lightly creamy quinoa atop a salad bed, then topped with a mountain of cooked vegetables and guacamole. Definitely one of the most delicious salads I’ve had. Don’t be turned away even if you’re a meat lover, everything here is packed with amazing, unique flavor. A must try when you’re down in Bisbee! They’re only open during lunch hours Friday-Sunday so definitely plan a lunch here!

OOF! Get your hands on some of those quesadilla tacos and you will NOT be sorry. It’s a perfect fusion of the two, with Poco’s own unique twist influencing the dish. Though it’s vegetarian, you won’t miss the meat. The quesadilla part will blow your mind on it’s town. Poco’s location in Peddler’s Alley is such a pleasant spot to enjoy a beautiful southern Arizona day. Every experience I’ve had here has been great!

Super delicious food, gorgeous atmosphere. I went with a friend who is not vegan and he was super surprised. Also when I went I asked them to do a custom dish for me because the whole menu looked so good i wanted to try a little bit of everything. They were so cool about it I couldnt believe it. Nice people, pretty spot, and delicious food. What more coul you ever ask for?!

The food is amazing. I had to come to Poco after eating their wraps from the Co-op in Sierra Vista. This is a great option for those who want to eat healthy and vegan. The atmosphere is wonderful with the outdoor seating, great view and music. I wish we had something like this in my home in Washington, D.C. Whether you are a vegan or not the food is great.

Awesome place to eat and its outdoors in a little nook. Vegan menu. Prices range around 7 – 10 an item and it all looks fantastic! I ordered up a Jack Fruit with caramelized onion burrito(guac too) for about $ 9 or so and it was brought out fast, hot and delicious. I took mine to go and walked the streets of Bisbee, where I promptly made a mess because the burrito is so jam packed with beans and rice and goodies so I had to sit and make a fool of myself with food all over my chin and hands. It was delicious and they included two slices of orange which I doused into the burrito. I’ll be back to Poco!

This is a great little restaurant. The staff is friendly and accommodating, you can tell they enjoy what they do and have fun at work. It is apparent in the quality of the food and atmosphere. I recommend the burritos, there are several different options to chose from and every one has been very good. My only gripe is that they’ve got such limited hours. Take advantage if you can :)

An entirely vegetarian menu that appeals even to meat eaters? That’s deserving of 5 stars in my book! The menu offers Mexican classics with an innovative twist. I had the taco salad: crisp lettuce drizzled with a fresh and tangy cilantro dressing, topped with creamy guacamole, beans, peppers, and carrots. The marinade on the vegan chicken was delicious and for those that typically don’t enjoy tofu, this would blow their minds and mark them down as the converted. I also tried the nachos. The chips are baked fresh and the vegan cheese is super creamy. There is a layer of quinoa and beans as well. [I am drooling as I type this!]

Good food, Nachos were extremely good. Burrito was good and well made but just not totally my taste. Nice little outdoor sitting area.

In almost every exprience I’ve had with vegan takes on Mexican food, the outcome has been horrible: flavorless, inauthentic, limp attempts at one of the most treasured and celebrated cuisines the world over. This is not the case at Poco. Poco offers a plethora of dishes that delight the tastebuds and leave you feeling satisfied and full instead of bloated and ashamed of yourself. The prices are cheap and the outdoor seating in Peddler’s alley is quaint and kitschy. The staff was extremely friendly and very proud of their town, as they should be. I can’t wait to come back and try their Sonoran dog, and drink way too many of their mango mimosas.

Best vegan Mexican restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. The nachos are amazing– you’d never even know they’re vegan. You can taste each of the freshly shredded veggies on top as well, which is amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff, as well as a surprisingly large number of menu choices that are equally appealing. We were able to eat on the patio with the dog and enjoyed this experience more than anything else we did in Bisbee.

FANTASTIC! Healthy Mexican food that is all vegetarian. We stopped by for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. I went with a burrito with mole chick’n(read vegetarian chicken), black bean, brown rice burrito. The mole sauce was excellent and the portion was more than I needed, and well worth the price. It is all outdoor seating, mostly covered, and located in a small, very well decorated, alley way. The service was very friendly. While Unilocal said it was only open for lunch, we did notice patrons in the same area later that night. Next time I am back in Bisbee, I will be sure to stop by again.

I have been vegan for over 15 years and have tasted some awesome(and some not so awesome) interpretations of vegan-style nachos during that time. But I’d have to say that these were probably the best I have ever had! Something about the combo of their«carne» and that yumtastic cheese-sauce, it just doesn’t get any better. Not to mention that the portion was GIGANTIC!!!

I ordered the breakfast chimichanga with a hibiscus tea. The chimichanga was amazing! Crispy, fresh, tasty, loaded, and orgasmic! I would love to have one of those every day if I could! The sliced fruit that came with it was ripe-for those of you that are sick and tired of the«garnish» on your plate being cold and hard, Poco got it right! The hibiscus tea was delicious, but small for two dollars in my opinion. If I lived anywhere near Bisbee, Poco would be on my weekly go to list. You will NOT be disappointed! Even better, they happily allowed my two dogs on the patio with me. Go! Eat! Relax!

Huge portions at brunch, and the flavors and textures are enough to make a meat eater happy! Just avoid the vegan cheese straight and opt for the cheese sauce if an option, more familiar flavor and texture. Everything else is spot on. Have a mango mimosa!

This place is tops. The food is always delicious and freshly made, and there’s plenty of variety on the menu. I would eat here every day if I could, but I can’t as I live in Los Angeles.

Yum! This is an easy to miss place, located at the end of a tiny alleyway lined with vendors. We ordered at a little colorful window and found a table on the patio. Patio has a little stage; the first time we passed by the stage there was a performance going on by a music trio. The patio has very limited seating-maximum 8 tables. This made me wonder if there was indoor seating elsewhere; however, I did not see any. The food-the most important part of any restaurant-was delicious. No meat served-all options are vegetarian or vegan. My brother and I had the chilaquiles with chorizo and beans. The plate came with a yummy side salad. I was über jealous of my fiancées burrito-it had a killer chipotle dressing and was full of potatoes and I’m pretty sure some type of meat substitute. He absolutely loved it and I was kinda bummed I didn’t order it. Best part? The food didn’t make us all feel like crap afterwards. Way to go plant-based food!

This is seriously the best place in Bisbee to grab lunch. The food is amazing, the owners are super friendly and the location is so fun(inside Peddler’s Alley). My husband is a full-blown meat eater yet he LOVED this place. Super fresh and flavorful food that had him fooled(he said, how did they get it to taste so cheesy??). Be sure someone in your group orders the Quesodilla Tacos because they are the bomb. After a month long stay in Old Bisbee we were able to try several restaurants and we both feel that Poco is the BEST(Thuy’s is second). So definitely give it a try, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.
