Dr Farad Rabbani is the most stingy, unsophisticated, full of nonsense optometrist I’ve ever had the displeasure of wasting my time, money and trust in. First of all, his secretary, Mernaz, who I allege he is having an affair with obviously, thinks she is so smart with the way she scams people. Bitch charged me a 30 dollar copay before I even stepped into the office and demanded my insurance information on the spot and demanded a credit card for me on file. I only came to Dr. Rabbani because my mother WAS friends with him and I USED TO see him as a young child. Asshole Mernaz had told my mom a few days before that she and I should come and they would give us a good exam and take our insurance only!!! Talk about sketch! Dr Rabbani uses a total of 2 slides with different letter size to test his patients vision. His equipment is so old and he obviously doesn’t even know how to even use them because he told me to read the card from the optical machine when clearly he didn’t open the lenses!!! On top of this, his equipment isn’t clean. In front of me he wiped the machines using his breath and a tissue before it was «suitable» for my use. Let’s talk about lenses options now. His variety of lenses is a mother fucking joke. He had less than 20 frames to pick from and wanted to charge hundreds of dollars for each!!! What did I get out of this bullshit? Missing time from work? Spending my gas? Giving a woman who could not be trusted very personal and confidential information? Paying 30 dollars up front? An obviously faulty prescription! I had to cancel my credit card as soon as it became clear they scammed me! Now I have to go to Costco to do this all over again. Don’t waste your time, money or energy on these no good LIARS.
