Service is excellent as well as the drinks. I’ve only had to wait for a coffee 5 minutes maximum

A very unprofessional atmosphere for a Starbucks. The baristas consistently chat with each other and other customers making them very inefficient when it comes to making drinks. I appreciate friendly staff members at establishments I frequent but their amount of chattiness leads to inefficient service and it’s unprofessional.

I grew up going here and always stop in when I’m visiting family. The staff is great and super friendly BUT they cannot handle mobile orders. Both times I’ve done mobile orders at this location they’ve lost/not processed them. So instead of saving time I had to spend an extra 10 minutes waiting for my drink. I felt better after they gave me a free drink card but when I tried to use it two days later at another location, it was empty! That location’s manager was cool about it but it was a big oversight.

Stopped by to grab a quick drink. There were tons of people in here, but the baristas and staff were extremely helpful and sweet. I didn’t feel rushed and got my drink quickly. Props to the staff!

This is one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. It’s always packed(that’s probably why they keep it freezing — so people won’t stay) and absurdly slow when making drinks.(Allow 10 mins at least for them to make a drink on average no matter when you go.)

Extremely nice and courteous staff making drinks in a prompt manner while keeping this location clean.

I’ve been going to this starbucks for several years. It has had a rotation in staff a couple times during this period but the quality of its service has always been high. What is especially notable about this store is how crowded it gets and yet still manages to serve all of us every morning with relative speed. I see the same faces over the years, as well as many new ones. They take some pride in remembering your previous orders as well as your name. The little things count.

This is my local Starbucks, and it has me spoiled. They do an incredible job in the morning of handling a huge volume customers – going down the line and getting orders in advance, and pulling off the tough balance of being both fast and friendly. Good seating, a reasonable number of power outlets(though I wish there were more), reliable wifi, and just well run all around.

This is my all time favorite Starbucks! The baristas are all super nice and awesome. It does get crowded at times, but it’s never a problem for me.

Everybody in North Bethesda appears to be here this morning. Local coffee house that has standard fare and fantastic coffee. If you love browsing for presents, there are tons of coffee related knick knacks to buy. Since it took forever to get my Venti Caramel Macchiato w/extra espresso shot, I had plenty of time to write this great review… enjoy!

Oh, Wildwood Starbucks, it’s been awhile since I’ve visited you. I had almost forgotten how insanely busy you were, with your long, long out-the-door lines and hollering baristas. Speaking of baristas, yours are fast and friendly and efficient. The only reason I have not given you five stars is because even though you asked me my name, you called out the drink’s name instead and now I’m drinking Nathalie’s venti iced coffee instead of my own.

I like my Starbucks and my drink I order. But when a chain of any type of stores services aren’t consistent, then it just leaves a bad first impression to new customers. I ordered a: Grande Lightly Iced Café Americano Three Pumps of White Chocolate Cream Stirred What I got was eye rolling, barista asking me to order something on the menu… Not only that the barista who made the drink, deliberately did not stir my drink, shook it in front of me as she said it was stirred. Bad service…

The coffee store is often pretty dirty and the service is pretty slow… not much to say…

Drinks were good as per usual. The problem was the tall guy that someone else also mentioned that seemed to be some sort of management. He IS a dick. Seemed to be more interested in flirting with two girls from balduccis rather than being nice to his customers. He was SO into flirting that he forgot he had people who ordered drinks waiting and just held the empty cups in his hand… just talking… making us wait as he did his thing. Pretty awkward by the way. Up your game. It was cringe worthy. So kind of you.

Had to deduct a star since went in last week on a rainy day to grab a bite and hot tea. Not even with the extra counter space was there a seat to be had. Half the tables were occupied by twenty something’s with lap tops spread out and not a coffee cup in sight. I know it is a coffee house but it really is not a library or second(or first) home to spend all day. The manager needs to encourage patrons to extend a courtesy to people who need a place to sit or eat. I had to take my food and drink out in the rain to my car after waiting 15 minutes for some movement by a laptop person which was not happening.

Dee’s Rules of Life She Rarely Remembers 1. Staying up late on a weeknight is almost never worth it. 2. Exercising is almost always worth it. 3. Starbucks’ lattes are always terrible. Seriously, why do I always forget this?!? If I wanted hot milk, I’d ask my mom to make me warm milk and honey before bedtime to help me fall asleep. I picked up a latte here one afternoon, and returned to work. I immediately made a strong cup of coffee in the Keurig, added that to the latte — and STILL the milk was overpowering. Other than that, this Starbucks is fine — very efficient.

The staff is great here. Minus one person. The tall young man who seems to be some part of management is a dick. While he is overly polite to customers, it seems to be a complete act as he is incredibly rude to and berates his staff. I come here often to study and I often become uncomfortable with the way he treats them.

I love the Clover Coffee(s) here. There are only about ten Clover Coffee-making machines in the DMV Region, according to the barista. Apparently the machine itself costs $ 50K(I know this because I inquired about a potential purchase… lol. Guess my Keurig will have to do for now!) So I love the taste of Clover Coffee because it is rich, pure, and exotic, and I think it motivates me to visit this location. And this location is busy at all hours of the day. It typically takes a long time for my drink to be made, so I make a quick trip to CVS or Balducci’s in the same shopping center after I have ordered.

I have been to this Starbucks on multiple occasions and have generally had a good experience. Coffee drinks are made to code. I dislike the burnt taste of espresso shot that has been sitting too long waiting for the milk to be added, and I did not get this at this location :) They even grind the coffee correctly to the type of my machine(french press). Its surprising that employees at quite a few Starbucks locations never bother to make the correct selection when grinding the coffee beans!
