Compared to other Starbucks, the service was slow and the staff just seemed not on top of it.

A nice looking Starbucks with big windows. I like coming here to do some work and for casual reading. Few inconveniences I encountered are power outlets are only available for seats near to the walls and air conditioning. The staff doesn’t seem to know how to maintain a good room temperature in the store– sometimes it’s frigid cold and other times it’s too hot like an oven.

Nice ambience. Super efficient service. Great location near fabulous shopping. The music in the morning is classic popular music(Sinatra etc) perfect cheerful start to the day. Grab and go really well stocked in the morning.

Good starbucks location in Bethesda. Fast service and generally helpful staff. There aren’t many good coffee places in Bethesda besides Quartermaine(more expensive) and Peets(farther away from Bethesda row) so not a bad option. Keep it sexy Starbucks.

Rude staff. Smart, attentive manager kind of makes up for them.

Slowest Starbucks ever. They never have enough people on staff, and seem to move at a glacial pace. Very frustrating when you just want a quick cup of joe!

Just started drinking coffee to stay awake. I don’t mind paying for an overpriced coffee because it’s darn good. I was hungry on one of my visits also so I got one of those little sandwiches in a box. The egg salad sandwich wasn’t good at all. It cost me a total of 11 dollars. Ripoff

The building was filthy, paint peeling in the walls in the back room, backed up sewer in ladies room that was not mopped, layers of dust on window sills. I ordered a green tea soy latte with light ice, what I was given was a cup of ice with green foam. Sad it had the Starbucks name.

Very friendly staff but has gotten very slow. What used to be an in and out visit has become much longer…

The staff in this Starbucks are so friendly! It’s nice to be greeted with a smile when ordering your coffee. I also noticed today that there is parking for this location, though it is limited. The lot is on Bethesda Avenue, next to Rice Paddies, and you can park there for 2 hours. Now that I know there’s parking available here, I’ll be back to this Starbucks more often.

Just like any other Starbucks… though they could use more tables/seating area. The baristas are very friendly though. It’s located in a cute building with cute décor. Coffee/drinks are good.

Starbucks, just take all my money already. I don’t usually review chains, but this one is across the street form where I work so I’ve been visiting every day and figured that warranted a review. I’m one of those annoying decaf drinkers who shouldn’t drink coffee but is addicted to the stuff anyways. I always order decaf when I come here, and in the afternoon, they don’t make it in bulk in a vat anymore so you can only get a cup made to order. So they make it for me on the clover, which is this super awesome $ 11k contraption invented by some Stanford engineers that supposedly makes the best cup of coffee in the world. Every morning, I start with a cup, and then get a refill of the best coffee ever in the afternoon. It takes much longer to get your coffee(about 5 minutes versus instantly) but the flavors are perfect — intense but not thick and chewy, no acidity whatsoever, and just very clean and deep. The decaf is so good that I can’t tell that it’s decaf… suspicious, but I’m in love. Plus, the staff here are all sweethearts.

The first pumpkin spice latte of the season is always the best one and this location did not let me down. Hot, creamy, cinnamon-y and pumpkin-y — ooooh yeah. –This– is what fall is about.
