Very disappointed. They don’t rich my expectations. Too much charge without custumer satisfaction result.
I hope they increase quality service and customer expectations in the future.
Before they touch anything you have already $ 195.00 bill to pay $ 130.00 for every hour visit time and $ 65.00 travel expenses .
Hour visit time is the same fee if they are with you for 30 seconds or 60 minutes, fix or no fix anything.
Good and easy way to make money!!! Very smart business!
If you do not like Bethesda System policy what is your choice? According the procedure pay the bill and check for other services provider to fix the problem you have at the same time thant Bethesda System is going on collecting money with new clients.

Stay away!!! One of the worst experiences with a business. I attempted several times to contact them to set up a home appointment. When I finally took off work to meet someone at my house, they never showed. Even after calling them multiple times, I had no explanation or response.
Save your time and money and go elsewhere!

I engaged Bethesda Systems to complete the installation and programming of a Lutron Radio-​R/​A switch system. After some difficulty in establishing a sales/​service appointment, a sales rep and technician visited my residence.
The technician successfully installed a system switch, the sales consultant spent a considerable amount of time to assess the additional programming and component requirements. The sales consultant promised to order additional system replacement parts and to provide a follow-​on installation and programming proposal proposal; but, despite repeated inquiries, did not further follow-​up.
I was compelled to hire another contractor to complete the installation. One year later, In January 2014, I received a bill for the technician services. Discussions with company management did not produce satisfaction. Bethesda Systems generally enjoys a positive company reputation in the Bethesda area. I am displeased and disappointed with this transaction and cannot recommend them to others.

We recently moved and hired Bethesda Systems to outfit our home with an audio/​visual network, lighting and remote control blinds. We were impressed from the onset with the professionalism of the team that came out to give us an estimate and equally impressed with the speed in which we received our proposal. Bethesda Systems took care of canceling our old services (including returning our old equipment) and starting fresh in our new home. They met every deadline that was promised. We had several different contractors in our home during the month of June and we can say, unequivocally, that the Bethesda Systems team was the most professional and most respectful of our home. They never entered our house without covering their shoes and never left our house without making sure that every single thing that they may have touched was exactly in place. The staff hired by Bethesda Systems is not only smart and knowledgable, but they are kind and helpful. We would recommend Bethesda Systems whole heartedly and we look forward to continuing our relationship with them in the future.

Do not use them if you expect your project to be completed. They abandoned ours halfway without an explanation or a referral. Totally frustrating experience. Beware
