Anchor Property Services did a lot of work on our house, from remodeling the kitchen, repairing a bathroom wall, to interior painting from top to bottom. They did an excellent job and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Perry Henderson was particularly polite and professional, and he was good to his word. He supervised the workers and attended to my requests when I asked for fine tuning of their work. I highly recommend them!

Perry is the most honest, reliable and patient contractor in the area. He takes great pride in his work and makes sure his customer (s) are completely satisfied.
I own two condos in DC, and ANY time I have had issues, and I mean minor, he hops right in his truck and takes care of them. Hands down, every tenant I have ever had thinks he’s terrific!

I was referred to Anchor by a friend who used their services. I absolutely was thrilled with the work they did. The crew was highly professional and the services were just beyond perfect! I have been searching for a handyman/​contractor since I was left in a lurch by my last one. I called Perry on the recommendation of a friend who is a real estate agent and my experience was excellent. The quality of the workmanship, the attention to detail, and the professionalism of his team were all top-​notch. You could get someone else and pay more and not be happy, or you could get someone else and pay less and have to keep getting it fixed. Or you can call Anchor, get a reasonable estimate, and know that the job was done right. Highly recommend!

I definitely recommend the quality work and responsive crew from Anchor. Perry looked at the small job I needed done and offered me a cheaper, creative alternative. He listened to my concerns and finished everything by the deadline I needed. The work came out beautifully and increased my property value. From the estimate to the office staff, everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks, Perry!

Contracted with Perry Henderson to build a fense and gate. There are significant problems with the gate and I have been attempting to get Perry to correct the work since July 2012. Perry has validated the problem and given me two specific dates that he would correct the work and not followed through. My next step is to take this to Small Claims Court.
Recommend you find a contractor other than this one.
