Pitter Patter

This is a great children’s store and is located right next the Artful Bean Coffee shop. Good quality clothing, fun toys and games with some unique finds along with traditional stuff. They have superman and woman capes, princess costumes, butterfly wings, leather kids shoes, dolls, puzzles, fake wooden food by Melissa & Doug and not your run of the mill kids clothes. It’s on the smaller side but nicely equipped and it would be hard to walk out of here without at least a small toy or a new shirt for your wee ones. The person working in the shop was very nice and attentive. I’m bummed that I waited until the end of our trip to finally patronize the business. I got a couple of toys and saw some cute clothes that I’d go back for when I have more time because I had to rush out for an appointment.
It’s a nice departure from the typical beach shop with souvenir tees. Even great for back to school clothes shopping for the pre-​k and kindergarten bunch. Infant and toddler clothes and toys are also in abundance. Took off one star because some of the clothing is a bit on the pricier side for kids clothing but hey, if you’ve got a house at the beach you can probably afford it!
