Like the way they display all these sales and display a queen size mattress for $ 178 and when you go inside that Ned is a piece of shit and everything else is thousands of dollars

I recently bought a bed here last week, and I can’t tell you how happy I am with my purchase.
I initially went in planning to buy the cheapest bed there. However, Gabe (the wonderful salesperson who helped me), had me try out a couple of the floor models and he explained the differences between all of them. He showed me the quality models and when I started to balk about the prices, he actually took the time to write down numbers and help me see that I could afford the quality beds without having to file bankruptcy.
This store also has a great payment program. Gabe was great in assisting me in getting approved for the program, and I now have the bed of my dreams. I have been sleeping like a baby ever since.
My bed was delivered the very next evening. The delivery guys called me to make sure I was home, and they immediately put booties on their feet and laid down a red carpet to protect my floors. I kid you not when I say that the two of them set up my bed in five minutes flat! They were punctual, pleasant, fast and efficient! They made the entire experience even better.
Do like I did, and make a good investment in a quality bed– and buy it here. Ask for Gabe!

Last weekend we lucked out when we chose to stop in this place, just down the street from Cermak Plaza. Salesperson Gabe didn’t waste our time, first determining the type of mattress that was best for our backs («doing it right,» he called it), then talking style and budget. Before 20 minutes elapsed, we were finalizing a good deal on a Queen set, which with delivery to Elmhurst cost around $ 725. They might have delivered it as early as that day, but their delivery people were prompt, efficient, and polite two days later.
I hope you don’t need a new bed anytime soon, but when you do, and you’re near Berwyn, this place with Gabe should be on your shopping list.

This place is amazing!
My husband and I were in the market for a new bed. We stopped in the «air bed» store and purchased one. When they delivered it– the bed was nothing like the one we tried out on the show room floor. It was horrible! Our backs hurt, blah blah you get it. We needed another bed fast. So we went here together. What a fantastic selection of beds. We tried the Tempurpedic Cloud Luxe. Just dreamy. We liked it so much we went with the Ergo adjustable base. Sara was excellent and so was the price. So we bought it. Eileen was wonderful for getting our delivery in earlier and such great followup. I cannot say more amazing things about Mattress Firm. They are the best! We are sleeping like babies.
If you need a bed don’t waste time like we did just go here…

Went to Back to Bed to try out the Tempur-​Pedic mattress thinking they were the only store to carry the brand. I found out after that Tempur-​Pedic is also available at other stores. Nonetheless, our experience was pleasant. The saleswoman, Tina, was knowledgeable, honest, and extremely patient. We must’ve kept her at the store an hour after closing. She walked us through each level of Tempur-​Pedic. She gave us privacy to try each mattress at our own pace, and then again with each different Tempur-​Pedic pillow. When we were finally ready to make our purchase, she took her time to explain each line item and the terms of the agreement. My daughter and I felt comfortable with our purchase albeit an expensive one. We’re very excited to try our new mattresses! Thanks Tina! We truly appreciate your patience and honesty.

Groupon was offering a great discount coupon on Back To Bed products and I was hoping to check out their inventory prior to purchasing. It was a Friday afternoon and I walked into a very dirty and dingy store, (definitely not the environment I want to test beds out in) but I could look past that if I could get a good deal since this is noted at their clearance location.
After perusing the handful of models they had I was ready to go. The prices were ridiculous (even the clearance and yes, even with the Groupon) and to make matters worse the one salesman on staff was too busy with his cell phone to even acknowledge my existence, not even a Hello!
I will not be returning to this location and odds are to any future Back To Bed stores based off this experience.

After a horrible experience trying to buy a mattress at Sears, my husband and I pulled into this store. The saleswoman was excellent and she kept giving us deals on our mattress. We saved a couple hundred dollars I believe. They also offered us cheap cheap delivery.
My husband and I both felt as though we were being given a bad deal and bad service at Sears. Going to Back to Bed was a breath of fresh air!
