Just needed some d-​rings installed on the opposite sides of a frame, and the girl behind the counter was happy to do it for free (even though I hadn’t purchased the frame there). I used to work in framing and this is typically something I’d do for free as well, and I definitely appreciated it being on the other side this time.
They have a ton of readymade frames and it seems like they have a lot of great custom framing options as well. Will be bringing any frame-​related business here next time! Thanks again!

Had a wonderful experience with this location, on top of the one down on Shattuck in northside. The prices are reasonable for custom framing and I really appreciated the half hour that the clerk took to help me choose matting options since the photo I was having framed proved difficult to match. Thanks again!

Incredibly helpful staff, I walked in with a broken frame and they were able to give me a quote (which was really competitive with other custom frame shops) and a lot of great advice.
Not a huge selection of cheaper frames… the other reviews about it being a little pricey are true… but if you want a cheap frame, why go to a custom frame shop?

This place did a really great job framing a vintage picture of my great grandmother and they were able to use an antique frame of mine. They floated the picture with a fabric background and i am thrilled with how it turned out. I think my great grandmother would be thrilled too.

I would absolutely give this place 5 stars, but the prices are super steep.
Not to say they aren’t worth it, because they are! Every piece I’ve brought in has turned out beautifully — ranging from small prints to a shadowboxed item of vintage clothing. The craftsmanship is fantastic. I had three posters framed and the wires on all 3 were damn near identical which made hanging SO much easier. The employees are very skilled and offer great advice. I just have to save up before I head in. :-)
