I highly recommend Acorn Tutoring. Paul Gee tutors my daughter in SAT math. His patient and gentle building-​blocks approach to learning is a highly effective method of teaching concepts and processes. His emphasis on understanding lays a solid foundation of knowledge and confidence, making the complex concepts required at high school more accessible. Paul’s depth of experience enabled him to quickly identify the gaps in my daughter’s knowledge and the method of learning that best serves her. Acorn Tutoring is a comfortable and non-​intimidating learning environment that my daughter enjoys.

After helping hundreds of students in the SF Bay Area with their math and study skills, Paul Gee has (finally!) expanded to create a multi-​disciplinary private tutoring center – now called Acorn Tutoring – to better cater to his students and their individual needs. Paul and his staff are experts at giving students the tools to succeed in school and beyond… they even have a college admissions consultant and organizational counselor on staff! The center itself is absolutely beautiful as well. I highly recommend Acorn Tutoring!
