Horrible customer service!!! I got some nice flannel I needed to return for Xmas when I went to exchange them for the wrong size they told me I’ll they can do is give me cash back then I got to go and order from online! Wth! They would not order the ones I needed they told me it’s a corporate thing and that I was screwed. Naaaa screw you shopko, I will tell everyone I meet about your shotty service and maybe this year you’ll close your doors and stop ripping people off here in bend! Extremely disgusted in your employees and corporate policies, they have nothing to do with making the customer happy.

Like Dante’s purgatory, some lost souls are not righteous enough for some stores. They instead float between the Grocery Outlet hell and the Target heaven, they roam the uninhabited aisles, seeking off-​brand products that are far more expensive than they would have been elsewhere. For some reason, one can also find televisions and DVDs here. No purchases are made, shoplifters thrive. Why oh why did I say this was my home pharmacy?

I came in today and I can’t believe what I saw. I was shopping for a new shirt when I got off work and as I was shopping I overheard some yelling. One of the managers, Sherri, was yelling at one of her employees. I didn’t think much of it at first until it continued to go on and on and make my shopping experience very uncomfortable. As I was continuing shopping in other sections I saw this manager again and she was talking to a few other employees about how horrible the girl she was yelling at was. She really went into detail about how much she didn’t like that employee and how much she enjoyed yelling at her. This is what was happening while other shoppers needed help. As I walked away and looked throughout the rest of the store there was nobody to be found. How does this store even make money or have employees? They don’t help you because they are sitting in the back, talking bad about other employees, while the customer needs help finding the thing they came into the store looking for. If the manager isn’t doing that, then she is yelling at the employees that she doesn’t like. The manager needs to spend less time yelling and talking badly to her employees and spend more time helping the customers. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any store. This was the last time I will ever come into shopko. Sherri doesn’t belong working anywhere, let alone be a manager.

How Shopko makes it is a mystery to me. Every time I have been in there you could shoot a canon through the place and not worry about hitting any one. That said, not a lot of customers, but always a short wait in line to check out?
To me, this is a place where you know what you need and you seek it out. There isn’t anyone out on the floor to help you. Fine. I don’t mind doing a little searching.
Never a speedy check out. And to say there is a line is the truth, but in reality, it’s one person ahead of you in line. Check out staff isn’t especially engaging, but not offensive, or rude by any stretch. Just so-​so, doing their job and getting by.
The store itself has a pretty decent and wide range selection. But the way the store is merchandised, you lose steam and it doesn’t encourage shoppers to explore. Meaning, there are lost sales along the way. There are no impulse buys, no eye catching displays, nothing to really draw you in.
Meanwhile, if I’m their neck of the woods and need bandaids, hair ties, copy paper, I’ll stop in and pick it up. I’m feeling confident that they have it. All in all a quick painless shopping experience.

Great, clean place to shop. It’s often less busy than Target and their selection and quantity of products is often better as well.
