I was panicked having lost 4 months of accounting work last night. I saw these reviews and texted Terren, thinking a. my files were lost and b. that nothing could be resolved until morning. Terren called back immediately and was so incredibly friendly and helpful. He found my files right away over the phone using remote access and helped me figure out how to correct my remaining mistakes. Sadly, I’m not tech-savvy so I imagine this won’t be my last computer mistake. Thank you, Terren! I’m glad to have your number for next time. :)

Terren does an excellent job. He’s patient, nice, reasonably priced, AND he’s a computer genius. He comes and fixes the computers at our real estate office. He’s highly recommended!

I’ve worked with Terren for many years now, he’s always honest, available, affordable and very technically savvy for all the ways I can screw a system up. I only wish he was still in San Diego!

I work at a hair salon and none of us know anything about computers so when we were having a problem we called Terren. He logged into our computer remotely and fixed the problem instantly while patiently allowing us to conduct business. He was polite and to the point on the phone and fair with pricing. He didn’t just fix the problem we called about either, he went through and cleaned up our whole desktop and eliminated things that were taking up space. I would highly recommend him if you are having computer problems!

I’m a computer nerd — I can make any software do anything — but when my computer acts up, I’m stuck. Enter: Terren Trousset and his mobile computer help service. When my computer got a virus, he came in, backed up my data and had me back and running — and gave my computer a nerdly once-over while he was at it(turning off unnecessary things that were bogging my computer down etc.) — all without making me feel like an idiot for getting myself into that mess in the first place. That was years ago, since then he’s saved me more times than I can count on both my mac and pc – most recently he helped me put XP on my new laptop that came with Vista. He moved to Oregon from San Diego recently to be near his daughter, and I thought I’d lost him — but he used some remote desktop thingy to tap in to my computer and do the XP install — from Oregon! He even remotely saved my arse when I was at a convention in Vegas and needed help, so if he can’t come to you in person he can still help. Oh, and here’s the kicker: he’s honest. He’ll fix what’s wrong and not try to sell you a bunch of crap that you don’t need. He’ll tell you when your computer isn’t worth saving, or the cheapest way to get it running faster or upgrade it – something that blew me away when I first used his services. I’m starting to sound like I’m not just a customer, I’m a fan — as many times as he’s saved me and my computer(s), I can’t help but be. :)
