Morrow’s Sewing & Vacuum Center

We purchased a Miele vacuum at Morrows and the salesman was extremely helpful. While my husband was involved in the vacuum I was admiring the Babylock Embroidery sewing machine. I went back a couple of times to admire the embroidered quilts and clothing samples, and of course looked at the machine. I just had to have it and knew I could get training on it at the store anytime I needed it. I convinced my husband and the rest is history! The staff is very helpful and Morrows carries all of the supplies I need. I am very pleased I found Morrows when I moved to Bend.

I can’t thank Morrow’s Sewing & Vacuum Center enough for the outstanding customer service I received during my purchase of a vacuum cleaner. Since my beloved Kenmore died after 7 years of use, and my family has expanded to many new fur children, I decided it was time to buy a high quality vacuum. I went in three different times to test all the different brands. Sheri, the sales associate who helped me every time, really took the time to understand my needs and find the perfect machine for me. She was VERY patient and after many trips there and about 1000+ questions I had, I finally bought the Simplicity Fetch, as I have two giant huskies and two cats that all shed and have blowouts throughout the year. The vacuum is everything she promised and more! Thank you so much for taking the time to answer all of my questions and help me through this process. It was a very large investment for me and they really made the process easy for me. Thanks so much!!!

An extremely inconsiderate employee, abrupt and unsmiling, wasted our time. we came in to order a part on a Tuesday, and were told we had to buy how much larger part than the one needing replacement. We came back the next day to order that larger part only to be told that orders were only placed on a Tuesday… Information she did not bother to give us on the Tuesday we first inquired. To make matters worse, another extremely friendly and helpful repair place got to the part we wanted without having to buy more, saving us about $ 20. we will never go in to Morrows for anything again
