Eyes On Wall St

Picked up a cool new pair of glasses from Japan. Jennifer had them delivered to my house in Portland in time for a business trip. Great service.

My $ 350 eyeglasess were recently snapped in half at the joint. I brought them to Eyes asking if they could somhow replace the joint with a new one. They said they would see what they could do and after about a week I received a call saying the break was too bad to fix. Thinking I had to buy a whole new pair, I waited a couple days to figure out what to do. I then received an out-​of-​the-​blue call from them saying they found a piece that would work and could repair them for only $ 25! They could have easily made another big sale off me having to buy a whole new pair… this is superb customer service at its best. An honest local business at its best.

My husband and I have been clients of Eyes on Wall for over a dozen years. We’ve each had Eyes on Wall make several pairs of glasses for us, each time with stellar results.
The owners and staff are very helpful in narrowing down the array of choices to the short list that best suits the client’s preferences and look. They are also highly knowledgeable about the latest in lens technology and skilled at getting the lenses and fit just right. Outcomes for us have always been über comfortable glasses.
The selection of design forward frames is excellent. You’ll find high end options in lines not carried anywhere else in Central Oregon. If you’re looking for hipster, fashion forward styling (like ic! berlin, Bevel and Oliver Peoples) this is THE place. They also carry other lines that are less bold for those of us who lean in a more traditional — and lower price point — direction in eyewear. But the claim to fame here is the leading edge design lines and this is not a store where you’re likely to find mid range, more standard frame name brand options. Note though, the prices for some lines of the «hipster» frames can be breath taking — some $ 300 and up.
Customer service here is top notch and turnround from order to delivery has always been only a couple of weeks or less.
Located in downtown Bend, right next to Starbuck’s on Wall Street, this store is bright and fun. Only drawback is on street parking can sometimes be a bear.
