Love love love this store! It’s a destination every time I go Bend. Best shoe selection and I always find unique clothing and the people who work there are so helpful and informative. Great shop!

This is about the clothing store Olivia Hunter. My mother in law bought pajamas as a gift for me. The bottoms were not my style and didn’t fit well, so I went into the store about a week later. I looked around the store to see if there was another style to exchange and found something. I walked up to the counter and asked the women working if they had something similar to what was purchased for me and she very rudely said «no, that was our fall line and we don’t carry those anymore» and before I could ask if I could do an exchange or store credit another employee walked up and said «that was a sale item and there are no returns on our sales» she was also rude and dismissed me by cuting me off, turning her back to me and starting talking to the other employee. I left the store pissed at how rude these women were.
I called and asked to speak to the manager and she was not in so I left her a message. Three days later no return call. So, I called again and spoke with someone and explained the situation and she said the manager would have to approve it. She said she would leave another message for me. I’ve been waiting for that return call for about a month.
I understand the store policy, but the employees customer service was awful and I think it’s rude for the manager to not return my call.
My mother in law lives in California and loves to shop at local boutiques when she comes to Bend, but this is one she will not be returning to.

This is for the clothing store in the back called olivia hunter. They are amazing. The girls are always helpful and sweet and readily available if you need anything. They show you things you might like based on other stuff and help you. It’s so nice! That and their high quality clothes make it worth the $.

I absolutely love this shoe store and the clothing store in the back. They owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. While my daughter and I shopped in the back for clothes, the sweet owner of the shoe store allowed my elderly father and mother to hang out in their chairs and even took the time to talk to my dad.
The shoes they sell are unique and top quality. The prices aren’t bad either.
The clothing shop is small, but carries high quality, unique clothing. My daughter bought a delicious pair of jeans that were the prettiest blue we had ever seen.
And, there is no pressure. My daughter tried on a bunch of different items and the owner was honest in her opinions and not at all upset that we only made one purchase.
We will definitely be back next year when in Bend.

Great place. Realized when I got back to Portland that one of my shoes was missing a strap. They ordered me a new pair… and even got me a different size as the first pair had ended up being a little too big. They put the customer first and made sure everything was just right.

I purchased and prepaid for an expensive item. I made multiple phone calls with no return call. I stopped at the store several times and received different stories, finally talked to the owner and received my money back. On another incident, I received an item that was flawed, I called the store and was assured that I would get a return call. A week later, after no return call I returned the item. Poor customer service
