East Bend Dental

I was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness and cleanliness of East Bend Dental, considering in this day and age, people are just not friendly anymore. I had a toothache and they got me in that day! My husband also had a toothache last month and they were able to see him the day we called. Customer service and friendliness of the ENTIRE staff has sold me. This is my new home!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the care and treatment I’ve received at East Bend Dental. I was able to benefit from the state of the art Cerec machine that makes a crown in one day. No temporary, no return appointment. Who doesn’t like the connivence of that? Dr. Kelli Fowles and McKenna made sure I was comfortable and pampered for my appointment. Comfortable headphones to my favorite music, cozy blanket and Nitrous Oxide, yes please! My crown was perfect, best one I’ve ever had. I referred my mom to Dr. Taylor Fowles and he did a root canal and placed two implants on her as well. She appreciated that she didn’t have to go to multiple speciality offices and could get all of her dentistry done in one place. She now tells all of her friends about East Bend Dental too. Thanks for taking good care of me and my family!

I usually hate going to the dentist. I have sensitive teeth and it’s usually painful even just to have a cleaning. My first visit to East Bend dental, yesterday felt like the four seasons of dentist. The office was beautiful and from the moment I walked in I was welcomed. I thought it was such a nice touch to have mouthwash and toothbrushes available in the restrooms in case you felt like freshening up before your appointment. My X Rays were quick and easy and they even had an I pad they gave me to look at my photos after they took them. The dental hygienist that did my cleaning was so gentle and friendly. I have to say it was the first cleaning I had ever had that wasn’t the least bit painful! I am not overexagerating when I say it felt like a spa treatment for my teeth. I left feeling clean and wanted to smile everywhere I went to show off my clean white teeth! I do not have dental insurance and they have a great deal not just for my first cleaning but also my next in 6 months. I usually put off going to the dentist but with a East Bend dental I look forward to my next visit.

If you are looking for a dentist in bend, try East Bend Dental. They are very kind and warm when welcoming into their office. The cleaning went great and the hygienist was very professional and was very skilled. Dr. Taylor remembered my wife and I and talked about our future plans. I will be back in July can’t wait.

Wanted to charge me about $ 90 bucks for an exam when I only had a chipped tooth on my front tooth, which would take literally seconds to realize the chip needs to be repaired. I had a mailer coupon from them for an exam, xrays & cleaning for $ 49 (this coupon was left at home) but I don’t see how they can offer all that for a cheap price, yet try and charge a cash patient just to see that I have a chipped tooth (I wasn’t there for a cleaning, cavity inspection or anything else). Wouldn’t the $ 200 to $ 300 it was going to cost to repair the tooth be enough money for them? (and only takes about 10 minutes or less to do this repair)… they should have let me consult the dr. about my chipped tooth without a charge.

East Bend Dental is a great place to go for any kind of person, whether going to the dentist is a harmless task or if it’s more frightening than spending a week with that one batch of cousins who always break your nice things. The best part is that the team at EBD won’t break your nice things, and will instead make you feel welcome and create a solid experience. Also, there’s a salt water fish tank in the waiting room a lot like the one in «Finding Nemo.»

I had a great first visit. The front office staff and dental assistant were very sweet. Dr. Taylor Fowles was informative and speedy! I had an easy exam — and it was a nice environment.

I took my 2 kids in to see Dr. Kelli Fowles. She is super. The office is very clean and has cute décor. Her staff is knowledgeable and helpful with billing questions. My kids had fun. My one child is asking when we can go back! They were great with kids and we didn’t have any tears. We are looking forward to coming back for our 6 month check ups. Highly recommend!
