Mosaic has some great people but unfortunately Jessica LeBlanc does not seem to care remotely about the patients that she sees on the day to day, do you ever get that feeling someone is just nodding their head to appease you? Well go to mosaic due to lack of income and prepare to be treated like street scum from uptight doctors that care more about their vegan lunch than their patients.

They don’t want to help you, they could care less about any individual. The doctors go as fast as they can just to get to the next patient because there are so many people that go here. I’m switching my to a different clinic. I’ve talked with 3 different doctors at mosaic and it’s the same thing everytime, nothing. I acquire more information about myself online rather than with these clowns. Can anyone be a doctor these days? Seems like it. These people could care less about you.

This past year Mosaic Medical has completely gone downhill. The doctors judge you by your income and make accusations about you without even reading your chart notes. I end up waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes and then leave with none of my questions answers and feeling offended. Dr. Nix is particularly rude. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone. She insulted me multiple times and made rude remarks about my mother. I left crying. I was not pleased with my visit the last 5 times I went in.

Low cost/​non-​profit clinic for low/​uninsured/​CoverOregon/​OHP helps not only with medical issues but also nutrition, behavioral health, and other assistance. Friendly helpful staff from desk to nurses to doctors. Never felt rushed or dismissed. pClean, convenient office.
