I decided to take my children to this particular BK because we were all hungry from a fun day at Sun Mountain. They were currently renovating the building but we entered and ordered. It took like 20 min to get our food. The plus side was that them manager offered us dessert for free. The place looked decently staffed but getting our food was longer than waiting at full service restaurant! The other deterrent was that there are really odd homeless folks coming into the business talking loudly… even singing that I did not want to hear. Even with a renovation and a facelift, this BK will need more than work to make this a desirable place to have lunch at.

I ordered two burgers with no sauce and as always they came with sauce. I asked them to fix it and one of the burgers was the wrong kind. Two screw ups within 7 minutes. Talked to the manager because as a manager I thought she might want to know the consistency of errors. She told me I might consider going to the other burger king across town if I was dissatisfied. Unbelievable!

Lobby was not clean, but not overly dirty. Employees were VERY polite. The manager had no clue what was going on (employees had to correct him 3 on my order). As a result, my order got screwed up.

Every once in a while I have a craving for fast food. So I have coupons for BK and pull into the drive in. I wanted to have my chicken grilled and she said NO not with the coupon… so I asked do you have grilled chic? «Yes» she repliedI said okaaaay… Now I would think it would be more costly to bread and fry rather than grill chic, maybe I’m wrong. I thought this was the «Have it your way» place. Maybe it’s Carls Jr… I’ll go there next time.
