I’ve visited this location many times, however after the last visit I had to give them kudos. I think it may have been a manager or owner who rang me up was so professional, efficient and friendly and even called me by my name (got it from my credit card). Small touch that went a long way and I won’t forget that level of service.

Great location, fast service, friendly staff. Clean and well kept restaurant. Very convenient spot in Waverly Square. Bus and train stop is litterally across the street.

I’ve been to this dunks maybe half a dozen times and my experiences have ranged from average to awful. The franchise owner is very high strung and asks odd questions– to the point of being obnoxious. However, he becomes quiet and rudely dismissive when there are small problems ie my coffee being blueberry instead of the hazelnut that I ordered. I’ll stick to my usual dunks a short way away on Trapelo.

I know enough about the business to understand that not all Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants are managed equally. The manager is always more than friendly and has fun with his staff. He actively manages and is involved with his employees who are all friendly as well. While the coffee is the same, the experience is much better than the average one at these restaurants..

I wanted to order a Baskin Robbins ice cream cake for a birthday and found a store near my home but who were not helpful at all. So I decided to call this Belmont, MA location which was a bit further from my home. I spoke to Karem who was extremely helpful. I wanted to pick up the cake the following day so he took my name and phone number and said he would find out from the cake decorator and call me right back. A few minutes later he called back and said he could have the cake ready (in fact less than 24 hours). I picked up the cake and it was exactly what I wanted. It looked exactly like the one shown on the website. And the cake tasted as good as it looked.

Well — it’s a Dunkin’ Donuts.
If you’ve never been to a branch, they serve donuts, coffee drinks, breakfast items.
This one also has a Baskin Robbins (don’t they all, now?) with ice cream, cakes, and ice cream cake bites?! Whoa now.
I only came here to pick up Rocky Road ice cream to take to my sister-in-law’s for dessert. The branch seemed pretty clean to me, and not dirtyish like the ones you’d see in Boston. It’s near the train station, so it’s not a bad place to hang out if you’re waiting for the train!
