My husband and I were interested in wedding rings custom made by James Binnion, an artist that makes rings in multicolored gold using the ancient Japanese technique of Mokume Gane. Alchemy 9.2.5 is one of only 2 retailers carrying his jewelry in the state. We stopped in to have a look and fell in love with the style. Kirsten and Munya were instrumental in getting our rings custom designed and ordered in time for the wedding! They even ordered ring gauges directly from the artist to ensure we had a perfect fit. Our rings arrived a week ahead of time, and they are spectacular. I would highly recommend Alchemy 9.2.5 for anyone looking for unique and exquisite jewelry.

I randomly passed by this shop last week when I was in need to buy a gift for my wife. The selection here was amazing and everything was personally hand crafted and fair priced. The owner was so incredibly helpful and ultimately helped me find the perfect and unique earrings. My wife absolutely loved them! I’ll be back for a necklace I spotted as we approach the holidays…

Alchemy 9.2.5 is a beautiful space. The variety of styles is truly impressive and you feel as if you are entering a place of art and not simply a garden-variety jewelry shop. I found both simple and elegant pieces that were affordable as well as unique statement pieces that were one-of-a-kind and priced a bit higher. Both of the owners are clearly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. I highly recommend this shop!

I was recently visited Alchemy 925 to take a peek. This gallery is a must see and has a delicious selection of wearable art and elegant objects. The gallery is intimate, calming and welcoming. Both owners educate and encourage you get a closer look or try on. A delightful shopping and educational experience! Like a satisfying meal or really good dessert… Yum!

I’m looking for a necklace to wear at my wedding, so I’ve been scouring all of the local shops. Someone recently suggested I try this place, which just opened about a month ago. It’s across the street from Breuggers in Belmont Center. I was impressed by the level of service I received from the owner(Kirsten) when I went in. She knew just what I came in for, even though I had no idea what I was looking for. She let me try on a few things. I didn’t end up buying anything, but I was impressed with the contemporary style in the store. She said they could even try to do a custom piece if I preferred a different length or combination of components. There are about a dozen artists who sell their jewelry here, all in silver, and all contemporary in style. There were a few other knick-knacks, too. What I love about little shops like this is how personal the service is. The only thing is, you sort of feel bad saying«no» when someone is trying so hard to help you. I overheard her offering advice to another customer about cleaning her silve, and the difference between regular vs brushed silver. I actually wish I had listened to the conversation a bit better, so I could have learned! I’m sure I’ll stop by this place again in the future, though not sure I’ll end up buying anything for my wedding, as the style doesn’t exactly align.
